Very clean, modern hotel accommodation in the heart of downtown Cleveland 1520 minute walking distance to the Huntington conference center. Plenty of dining and entertainment options with in easy reach.

I enjoyed the restaurant that is inside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The employees I interacted with during the day time were all very nice and knowledgeable, however the woman working the night time during check in was very rude. She also ended up putting me in the wrong room. I specifically paid extra for a room with a view of lake Erie, and instead received a room with a view into the building across the street.

We loved how convenient this location is to the progressive ball park, 4th street for dinning and the Rock and Roll hall of fame was an easy 20 min. walk. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately but it looked clean and refreshing! Looking forward to our next visit!

Great location at Playhouse Square, very walkable to everything. Hotel is nice, lobby, restaurant are updated. The beds were not comfortable, very soft and bumpy and felt the room could be a little cleaner. it's always disappointing to see mold around a bathtub. The staff is amazing, friendly and so willing to help.

Horrible experience

The bed was dirty I had no towels in my room the tv didn’t work and the breakfast was not worth what I paid. Horrible experience will not stay again. My kids didn’t want to move hotels so we stayed but we watched tv on our phones because the tv didn’t work and front office stated there was nothing they could do about it. We didn’t even eat the buffet the food we ended up going to McDonald’s.
