The room hadn’t been cleaned. There were napkins that someone wrote weird messages on all over the room and an empty alcohol container. We had no toilet paper or soap. The pillowcases were stained yellow.

No lights in my room. The sheets were HEAVILY stained. The bathtub was disgusting. Lobby smells like a cigarette factory, hallways smell like cat urine and fabuloso. I left after 10 minutes. The staff was great though. But Do not waste your time or money.

The room was overall neat, but the covers had stains. The stairs going to the room had urin all over them and stunk terribly. There was a sketchy guy walking through the halls all night which caused me to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I would NOT recommend staying here EVER!

We ended up not staying at the hotel because the first room they gave us was extremely dirty with vomit on the side of the bed! The second room looked as if someone had already sleeped in the bed! The sheets were pulled back drawers were open. The worst thing was there were prostitutes outside the hotel! This was unacceptable!!!

Booked based on photos and app reviews. Wish I had read google reviews before arriving and checking in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the location was convenient. Otherwise, would not recommend. The property is run down and dirty. Our room had huge unpainted plaster patches on the walls and stains on the ceiling. The TV showed one local station. Despite advertising breakfast available, we only saw coffee. Pictures in the ads are very misleading.

I didn't stay at this hotel because the pictures of the facility are nothing like the real thing. The room was gross and even the paint was falling off the walls. I requested a refund and they are fighting it even though I got a paper showing i didn't stay. Awful experience. Don't book here.

Everything was just trash. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in the US. There is no elevator. They didn’t give any tissue in the toilet before we checked in. The room were not clean. I stayed in many Days Inn hotel by Wyndham but this was the worst. Also the staffs are not cooperative. Everything smells like weed in this hotel.

Not at all as pictured on Hotels.com. They used very, very old photos from how the hotel once was. We did not stay. We are asking for our money back. It is dirty, with broken beds and unsecure doir locks.

The staff were nice, and they do clean, however the property looks like it needs to be condemned. I hadn’t stayed there in ten years, and always liked that location but something needs to be done and renovate ! If you are looking for a bed to sleep it’s ok.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Super dirty rooms, a dog had chewed the door to the bathroom and the door to the room from the inside. The wall in the bathroom had been ripped/chewed off. I would never suggest for anyone to ever stay at the hotel. The check in process was terrible, as the person behind the desk had no clue of the area or anything else. Told me the wrong hallway for the room. The "breakfast" consisted of one coffee dispenser, cereal, and 3 pieces of bread. It is insane that a hotel can stay open that looks like this. The property owner has more than likely never set foot inside the hotel. The people staying there and the random vagrants in the parking lot made us feel super unsafe. Horrible experience! 0/10

I'm not really able to rate the majority of categories due to the fact that I never went into the facility. I was so concerned about safety, cleanliness and auto security when I finally found the hotel that was very badly marked (almost no signage), that I never got out of my car.

At check in, they gave me a room that had not been cleaned ..and when I get the "cleaned" room...No Wifi, terrible bed, dirty pillow cases, bad smells, huge pot holes in the parking lot, cigarette butts in the hallway, spider webs in the stairwell....and no I'm not exaggerating. This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. The WORST!!! But it's in the best part of the city. Walkable local shops, food and bars. Grocery and fast food all in walking distance. Beautiful homes to stroll and absorb. Quiet while still being busy and alive. Unfortunately this place could have charm and uniqueness...but in stead it looks like a literal horror movie. Shut this place down! Start over!
