It was the perfect location for doing a weekend full of downtown Cleveland activities. And was big enough for a larger size group to not feel to cramped during our stay.

Location, location, location! Nice LARGE family oriented property in a very convenient area to the city or Lakewood. Near stores, eateries, urgent care, drugstore, etc. Was stocked with the essentials. Very comfortable beds with above average linens and towels. Would stay here again with a large family or group especially if you appreciate older architecture with updates.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Vrbo property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the living space was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, toiletries, and clear instructions for everything in the home. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.Overall, this felt like a true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We stayed at this Vrbo for four days. While the house was clean, it did not match our expectations based on the listing. The online photos were misleading, especially the outdoor space. The yard was overgrown, and the deck had boards popping up, making it unusable. There were also ants inside the house. The host responded quickly by providing a bottle of ant spray, but the communication felt automated and impersonal. The game room was disappointing. An entire room is dedicated to a pool table, but out of approximately 10 pool cues, only one was actually usable. Our biggest issue was with the bathrooms. The listing advertises accommodations for up to 14 guests and two showers. We only had nine people staying at the house, and after a day at the beach we all needed to shower before heading to a baseball game. One of the showers had almost no water pressure—it was barely a trickle—and the water temperature constantly shifted between scalding hot and freezing cold. This made getting everyone ready extremely frustrating. When we contacted the host, they said they would investigate and mentioned possible compensation since the property was not as advertised. Unfortunately, after that initial response, we never heard from them again.Overall, we were disappointed. The house has potential, but between the misleading photos, maintenance issues, and lack of follow-through, it did not provide the experience we expected. We hope this review helps future guests.

This property is a good price for the size and area surrounding the house. The house is large and has a lot of room. We had a couple issues with dishwasher and water pressure, but communicated with owner and they are looking into repairs. The house is dated and well used, but our kids loved this place. The games in the basement and the pool table was a big hit for them. Plenty of off street parking. Close to beach, grocery stores and beautiful views if you decide to go for a walk. We enjoyed using this house for our vacation.
