My biggest issue was the breakfast, They ran out of bacon, waffle mixed, boiled eggs and there omelet station was down. When I notify the staff and some of the issues, she was very rude.. Front desk receptionist had excellent customer service..

Room dirty smelled like sweat , shower wasn’t working had to switched rooms literally the next smell exactly the same. Shower drainage was broke so when I had to shower the water was not going down. definitely requesting a refund because that was ridiculous. Never will I ever stay here again.

The room was clean with plenty of space. The people above us were playing loud music at 1:30 and talking over it. Once we finally fell asleep, their pot went through the vents and stunk up tbe room.

The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. The bar and grill is only open for two hours. If you come back to the hotel late in the evening and want food you are out of luck. Overall the room was in great condition and served its purpose. The staff was friendly but not overly accommodating. The location is great as it is a short distance from the airport. Please add more restaurants if possible.

Drove through a snow storm and decided since the roads were so bad we would eat at hotel. It had good reviews so we thought it would be ok. We get checked in only to find out the cooks called in and they had to close the restaurant for the night. That also effected the evening manager’s reception

This hotel really has a lot of potential it’s very beautiful. The rooms however definitely need updated. The staff was super friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve been to with a made to order omelet bar.
