Giant outdoor patio, high end appliances, newest Samsung laundry, mini bar, WiFi security, and endless options you won’t find anywhere else. Owned and built by a local home builder; no expense was spared. 10 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes to downtown. Reverse Osmosis drinking water system. New 600’ driveway with plenty of space for parking, including RV. Fenced in backyard.

Dog Feces and Random People coming on property without notice

Warning- I guess the guy that rents this place out has a dog. There was a dog bed under the stairs when you first walk and dog feces all over back yard - which my little girl stepped in.Did not inform us he had a dog. Good thing we don’t have allergies. The house is decorated with pictures of himself all over the house which we found odd. There is a window in the master bathroom toilet where my wife was found her self looking at some strange man in the yard while she just finished using the bathroom come to find out owner sent us a message saying a man was coming to pick up an RV that was on the property late the night before we did not receive. I thought that was the end of this rental but then the owner tried to send us a $300 pet fee when we only had our children and not a pet. He has cameras on the property and knows darn well we did not have any pets on the property. Also trying to charge $500 for scuffs on the wall- total SCAM Definately will not book this house again.

Lovely, spacious, quiet house

Our family stayed here for a month, while one of us had a procedure at Cleveland Clinic and recovered at the house. The first floor master bedroom, bathroom, and shower were key features. The entire house was spacious and airy. Maintenance was very good, and the property was spotlessly clean. The neighborhood was suburban, with surrounding parks, and a herd of deer visited most mornings and evenings. The house is set back from the street, and very quiet, except the wind in the trees. There was a nice backyard covered patio area with outdoor gas fireplace and outdoor television. The owner was unobtrusive, but available, and generous with availability and help. We were there for a month, and can highly recommend for short or long-term stays.

This home is breathtaking. Being from Southern California I don’t see properties like this unless I’m watching tv. The long driveway through the trees was so magical. The grand outside appearance matches the inside of the home, just beautiful. We were in town for a work event so we unfortunately didn’t spend too much time on the property. One of the mornings we woke up and there were deer outside the back fence. Again, being from Southern California I don’t get to see things like that so I felt like a kid again trying to walk out near them before they saw me and bounced away. One thing that could use improvement is the tv in the living room. The volume was so very low, we had it almost all the way up and still had to put subtitles on because you could not hear anything. We generally got home late and even with the house being silent (no sink, washer, or microwave going) the tv was barely auditable with laud action scenes and forget about talking scenes in movies you had to read the Subtitles or else you wouldn’t know what was going on. We were home late every night and it was not important enough to wake the owner up for. So we never brought it to his attention to come fix it. I did see that there were speakers for surround sound, so maybe adding instruction on how to turn it on and use it would be beneficial for future guests. Another side note, for the amount we payed to rent this property it would of been nice to have Netflix or some other streaming service provided. We had to log on to all of our accounts to watch our silent movies.

Great property!!

My family and I stayed here for the All Star weekend hosted in Cleveland. We wanted to rent a bigger house outside of the city. This place was beautiful and everything we could ask for. The house was very clean. The owner also replied within minutes of any questions we had. I would defiantly stay at this property again if I return to Cleveland.

Absolutely Beautiful Home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! Can’t say enough about how stunning this home was. We enjoyed the privacy of the lot and also the very close proximity to downtown. The outdoor entertaining space is just as beautiful as the inside of the home. David was very courteous and was always available to answer questions we had about the area and getting around the city. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time we come to Cleveland !!

Not Clean

A very nice house & property, however, the house was not clean. The kitchen stove and microwave were disgusting. There was a pan in the drawer that was obviously not cleaned. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher. The shower in the master bath had hair on the floor and was dirty. For a rental at this price range, I expect cleanliness.
