â â HOUSE RULES ââ
* Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.
* Shower before use, with a maximum of 5 people allowed. Use the provided beach towels, and do not enter if experiencing diarrhea. Children must have adult supervision, and no glass is permitted near or in the hot tub. Jumping, diving, or horseplay is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Use at your own risk, and always replace the cover after use, ensuring it is placed on the attached holder and not on the ground. Pregnant or ill individuals should not use the hot tub. We are not responsible for any damage to personal electronic devices used in or around the hot tub. The temperature must be set to 100°F after use. Failure to follow these rules may result in a $500 fee.

* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. * Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

We were traveling with our dog and we really appreciated the fenced in yard. The location of the house was close to all the major roads, making it easy to get around. The house was very clean inside and had lots of nice touches of items available to use. Example, extra toothbrushes, makeup towels and soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. The kitchen had everything, we just didnt do a lot of cooking. The only negative was outside. The garbage tote in the driveway was over flowing and trash in the front lawn. The yard also had some large weeds next to the hot tub. It was a little noisy with the business next door, but we did enjoy the pizza shop.
Upon arrival we could not get in. The code we were send did not work. The property manager worked quickly, and we were in after 30 minutes of waiting. The house is charming and was very clean. A few drawbacks: first, there is a huge gaping crack in the ceiling of the front living room. Second, we could not figure out the light in the dining room. Either the remote for the light was not there, or other roomâs remotes do not work on it. In the livingroom, one of a trio of aTy is missing. Also, the neighborhood was rough. We did not feel safe to walk anywhere but to our car.
I will never stay at a place serviced by RedDawning services again. The service was atrocious. This was by far the worst VRBO experience I have had. Paid for early access.... could not get in. Bed was so hard we could not sleep on it. Guest services was hard to reach. When reached promises were made to bring out a bed topper. After two days of promises to bring, the answer changes to not their problem.A fuse blew in the kitchen causing the stove and microwave to be inoperable. The fuse box was behind a locked door. We had to reach out to customer service to have someone come reset the fuse. Took many hours thus leaving us unable to complete meal preparation. kitchen is not well stocked for people who actually want to use it for meal preparation. Says sleeps 8 but does not have chairs for eight people to sit at for dinner. I could go on but you get the picture.
We got to the house at 3:45 first thing we see trash all over the place outside tried to get in at 4:00 stated check in time couldn't get in because the door knob was locked,at about 4:05 the cleaning people showed up so obviously the house had not been cleaned. Cleaning people were there about a hour and 45 minutes although according to the checkout policy you need to be out by 10:00 am because the cleaners need the full 6 hours to get the house cleaned so as you can guess the house wasn't clean when we did get in. contacted the host they made little effort to make things right other than offer a late checkout which we did not want because we had plans at 10:00 am. The house was ok after we cleaned ourselves but it does have some issues the ceiling is falling down in one room none of the HVAC vents had covers there was some weird wires and a computer screen in the dining area definitely needs some finishing not a good experience. We have rented several houses through VRBO and Airbnb and never had this bad of service
