Absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down. I checked in late evening after being told the room would be clean—it wasn’t. The key didn’t even work, and the manager had to let me in. The room had gnats, the towels smelled sour, and the common area floors sat dirty for days without being mopped. Suspicious activities on top of that made the stay feel unsafe. Would completely avoid—do not waste your time or money here.

Stay away BED BUGS! Unsafe! Broken Locks

We were in rooms 212 and 219 and we got bedbugs. The elevators are broken. The luggage carts are broken. There’s one person working the front desk during busy times. The door knob on my bathroom fell off and I was trapped in the bathroom. The floors are broken. The security door number two on the back of hotel is broken. Anyone can come and go. Many of the door key locks are so loose. They’re about to fall off. Strangers could easily break into the hotel and push your door open and rob you or assault you. Most of the lights in the back parking lot that is way behind the hotel are broken so it is dark with no security and bedbugs breakfast was a few pieces of bread put out and 1 quart of milk and two little containers of cereal. Please file bankruptcy if you own this hotel, let it go. Your bedbugs have ruined our vacation. I am reporting you to the state of Ohio. You have numerous safety violations and public health code violations your hotel is infested. If you’re traveling, stay away stay away stay away.

The property is in poor condition. The wall paper is peeling and there’s trash left around the outside areas. The rooms aren’t properly stocked and i had to make a request for a new room because of this. Wyndham would not be a brand i chose to stay at again.

This hotel needs a complete update and renovation. The elevators, lobby, rooms and hallway are disgusting. The fact that they can charge anything over $40/night is amazing to me. They completely price gauged because of the Morgan Wallen concert. I paid $947 for one night in this hotel PLUS $100 in CASH for a 1pm check in. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Gross gross gross

Health department should be called.

Air conditioning did not work in the room was hot, there was no shower curtain and the tub was dirty, there was mold spots on the bottom side of the ice bucket lid, there was a very large coffee stain on the comforter, there was something brown that was smeared on the carpet and the resemblance of dog poop, the floors were not vacuumed, The light bulbs in the lamps on the nightstands were dim and flickering, trash cans were completely full and overflowing at the entrance of the hotel as well as inside on the fourth floor.

We booked three rooms, all three had mold on the ceilings, in the showers too. Property is in desperate need of a makeover. Loose floorboards in the workout room. Missing ceiling tiles throughout the hotel. Talked to 15 other groups and all had mold in their rooms and even got moved to diffuse rooms and those still had mold

Do not stay here! Dirty and rude staff

We were there for a concert and it was extremely busy and we had to wait to check in, so we dropped our bags in the room and had to quickly leave before getting a good view of it, but we noticed the cigarette smoke immediately. When we got back at 1:30am we found some ants on the desk and noticed the bathroom looked like it had Water leaking previously. We went down to the front desk and no one was there (found out the clerk was sitting out front, smoking cigarettes with one of the guest). We ended up just going to bed cause it was only a few hours before we had to get up and check out. The common areas such as hallway and elevators, were filthy throughout the entire hotel. One of us woke up with a couple ants in our bed and then we noticed the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling from the upstairs room showering. There was a puddle on the bathroom floor and clearly you could tell that the previous damage we thought from an old leak had been going on for a long time. When I let the clerk know at check out of the issues, they said why didn’t you say anything in the middle of the night and I told them nobody was at the desk. And when I asked about a refund, they said they can’t help me because I booked through a third-party, hotels.com, and basically told me too bad. I spoke with hotels.com and they are trying to remediate the situation..

AWFUL customer service I called the day prior asking about early check in as I was coming from Canada the lady told me 25 $ once I arrived the check in lady told me 100$ CASH ONLY atm wasn’t working so had to go find an atm later to find out it was a complete scam !!!! I was one of many tonight that this happened too
