Expedia jacked up prices and ripped off customers. No comforter. Dead bugs on floor, sink clogged, room not ready until hours after Expedia said should be ready by two. Just a horrible experience
The room was dirty, trash from the person before us, dirty sheets on the bed that we had to take off and put outside to get picked up. A dog toy on the floor from the people before us and the room reeked of cigarettes smoke
Our room was not ready
When we arrived back from the event we attended at 2am our room was still not cleaned! The price of the hotel was way over priced for what the property was worth!
Terrible experience
The woman at the front desk was very very nice. Check in was 2 they won’t check in early unless you want to pay $40 we arrived at 1:45 I wasn’t paying that for 15 minutes. At 2:00 there had to be 30+ people waiting to check in only 2 people doing check in it took about 30 minutes for us to check in which I understand however it could be much more streamlined. like maybe check people in then just have them come back at 2 for keys. I know there was a big concert and baseball game in town but it was still crazy to have rooms ready but won’t check in until 2 unless you pay $40. The room was a disaster the only lights that worked were the 2 small lights over the bed and the bathroom. The shower sprayed everywhere the floor got so wet it was ridiculous and the toilet only flushed after holding the handle for a full 60-90 seconds. I honestly didn’t care it was just a place to get dressed for the concert and sleep for a few hours. But I would not stay again. The area is not great it looked rundown.

This was not in anyway what was advertised or what we had paid for and will be challenging all the payments.
We were charged $40 for an early check in that got us into a “non-smoking” room the wreaked of smoke 25 minutes before our check in at 2. The carpet was coming up and looked like mold. The floor of the shower was disgusting and connected to the toilet / no divider. We had no towels or soap and half our pillows were missing. The check in staff kept telling us and other guests different information about check in time being 2 or 3 and lied to multiple guests including us about what they can and would do to fix things. We tried to get our room changed but the place was completely booked. The pictures are not at all what the place looks like.
Area is run down. Hotel is dated and hallway by rooms on third floor had a strong weed smell mixed with mustiness. Room was not clean with stains on wall and floor. White bedding was yellow tinted. Bathroom light didn’t work.
The front desk was not prepared for check-ins, the room was very dirty and needed repairs. Half the lights didn’t work, no trash can, had to ask for wash cloths, stained sheets, broken down beds, chairs had holes, floor was so dirty we wore our shoes the whole time.
Staff was friendly? And room was awful! The door was clearly kicked in at one point and lock was broke and trim was busted really bad. That should have been an immediate fix. Ceiling light was dangling like it was about to fall. Some lights didn’t work and gfi outlets didn’t work and busted. Stains on sheets and there was a substance all over the ironing board. The room wasn’t that clean at all. The neighbors toilet didn’t work. Other people were complaining about their rooms as well. That place needs some serious tlc. If we weren’t 4 hours away from home and had another option we would have left. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog.
We checked in and got our room key. We unlocked our room and we looked to the right of the doorway. We see live cockroaches on the wall interior of the room! We said nope! Went to the front desk because no way are we staying in a cockroaches infested room and requested a refund, they said nope. Manager refuses to give the refund. Luckily rooms were available at a near by hotel and they had no cockroaches in the room.
