This property apparently is used for people living there - the first room I was sent to the dead bolt lock was on - second room was OK but parking near the door was restricted for the medical unit which apparently rents some of the rooms. Under housekeeping their paperwork states - "no housekeeping service to room staying less than 14 days" - and "NO eating or Cooking supplies in the room" - this is confusing as I believe this is for the permanent residents - the next day I was told - of course there is food allowed in the rooms as every room has a kitchen - but no utensils are present - fine - except this means also no CUPS - paper or china in any room - hard to get a drink of water without a cup and when ready for bed - can't take medicine without going back to the office 5 buildings away., I won't be back there.

I have stayed at this location several times! I don’t have much of an interaction with the staff short of checking in and checking out, but they’ve always been pleasant and friendly. The rooms are clean, however, the kitchens could be cleaned a little better for the next guest in the room. I had to clean the top of the fridge which had layers of greasy dust and the top of the counter was sticky. But overall, the place is well kept, rooms are clean and the price is great. I’d recommend a stay here.

this hotel was very dirty i got 2 rooms and had to change one room 3 different times for every single one to be dirty, toilets leaking, stinking, bedframe dirty, chairs super stainy, stains on the carpets, wood pulled off the floor, mouse traps under the washing machine and to top it off we asked for maintenance and the staff gave us a garbage bag full of sheets and 1 paper towel roll..

I’d report to BBB but they aren’t even on it!

Horrible. Had to leave after 1 night due to multiple reasons including safety, condition of rooms (fridge missing door handle, no cushions on the couch, holes in floor covered by thing carpet, toilet took 4 flushes to complete and shower drain was clogged so you stood in dirty water). Requested a refund and was denied. Rented 4 rooms and all 4 left due to these issues. This hotel has gone severely downhill In the last few years and they do not seem to even care. When checking in they had to go and see if people were in the rooms before being able to assign rooms. The check in staff was doing the best they could with what they had but that should have been the indicator for us to just leave at that point. When leaving I was met with a very defensive manager who advised only hotels.com could refund. I took an hour to get hotels on the line, they agreed a refund was due but had to call location, when they did the manager declined refund stating we were cancelling after allowable date. This is absolutely not true we were leaving due to extreme poor conditions and safety issues. Completely unacceptable. Still fighting for refund.

So your add said breakfast, actually vegan breakfast, but no breakfast in this place since COVID. No cups in the room ( they took plates out years ago) just a terrible stay. They don't care since their fully booked by the local hospital so they are set financially

Tired after 2 long flights ,checked in I was sent to a room in another building with a sign saying Sleep Center Also says some room numbers My room smelled of antiseptic and AC was on full blast There’s a coffe maker & microwave,but no cups I had teabags and hoped to make tea in the morning No glasses or cups

Weird location. Half the building is used as a sleep clinic, the rest as part of the ES property which includes multiple buildings. Property is old and rundown, could definitely use some updates. Room wasn’t very clean, the worst being dirty floors and corners, crumbs and drip marks on tables and nightstands. Not the dirtiest I’ve seen, but could’ve been better. Stains on the sheets, towels were very worn, stains on couch. No blanket on bed just sheets and a simple bed cover, and no blankets hidden in the closet either. Very limited supply of toilet paper provided, and even though the room had a kitchenette, there weren’t plates or utensils, and no dish soap/towel/wash cloth. Very disappointing from other ES hotels I’ve stayed in. Also, the exterior door to the stairwell didn’t lock at any time during the day and could just be pulled open. Our room was one flight of stairs up from that door, leaving us with apprehension regarding safety.

dirty rooms the whole time you’re there no one to clean them. You have to bring your dirty towels to them to get some more towels spots all over the floor just not a good place to go. Some bad staff when you try to talk nice to them not all staff but when you call from your room, whoever the lady is that answered the phone was very nasty.

It’s a basic suite for in and out. Don’t go with too much expectations and you would be fine. In our room there was no utensils, no cups nothing. When I called in to ask for it, I was asked to collect the coffee cups from the front desk. Probably they are short staffed but maybe that’s what basic looks like. Rooms were clean but are very old, so again. don’t expect too much.

Single women guest did not feel safe. Door to building left propped open, multiple smokers in front of building. Room smelled of smoke. Curtains rippped. Carpet stained. Bolt lock weak-propped chair against door. Furniture worn out. Sheets,bathroom and kitchen clean, bed skirt stained. No streaming on TV option and WiFi did not have a code for network security.
