It was nice at the front door but the room definitely looked like a downgrade from the picture cool whatever but then the toilet stopped working we asked about it they said they’d fix it cool whatever but theeeen they proceed to have maintenance done on several rooms early in the morning waking me and my family up

Front desk man was very nice. Room in where I stayed in was clean and comfortable. There was some construction going on inside the hotel but no biggie. My family and I felt safe. Would definitely come back to stay.

A good option if on a budget. Staff is sincere, facility is somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. Room was fresh, bed was comfortable, and water was hot. Breakfast needs a little improvement.

We had a great stay here at The South Ridge Inn!! Right off Route 80- easy to check in and out, loved the family suite and a few restaurants next door if needed. Very nice owner and super friendly. Thank you!

Bed bugs at South Ridge Inn

Room 120 has bed bugs, no apology was offered and no change of rooms was offered. Disgusting conditions, would not recommend staying here for any reason.

My new favorite budget hotel in the area (and I have stayed in most of them :). Simple but clean and comfortable, friendly and attentive manager, near a couple of restaurants and gas stations. Even provides a little breakfast. Room was a little worn but had quality furniture and nice pillows, and someone cares enough about the place to have painted a nice blue accent wall. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

The staff was so friendly. They had just finished renovating the bathrooms. Our suite had 2 bathrooms which was so convenient with our kids. The breakfast has a really good selection so we all found something we wanted.
