Un peu loin du centre-ville de Cleveland. Par contre petit parc a proximité avec un beau point de vue sur Cleveland avec affiche "CLEVELAND". Plusieurs restaurants a proximité, je vous recommande trÚs fortement pour l'ambiance et la nourriture et le rapport qualité-prix le mexicain "El jalapeno". Un homme trÚs sympathique d'environ 70 ans y travaille 2 soirs par semaine, j'ai malheureusement oublié son nom mais n'hésitez pas a jaser un peu avec lui.

Bon hÎtel pour un court séjour

HÎtel situé dans un quartier résidentiel aisé à proximité du centre-ville de Cincinnati en voiture. Le petit-déjeuner continental débute un peu tard à 7h pour les gens qui veulent prendre la route. La force du signal wi-fi était trÚs faible.

WE DIDN'T STAY! Upon arrival the outside of the building looked nothing like the photos on the website. We were concerned about that, but the lobby didn't look too bad. We had to wait just under 10 minutes for the receptionist to return to the front desk. We were supposed to check in to room 201, the room was hot and dingy. After messing with the AC unit for a few minutes trying to get it to work we requested another room. The receptionist gave us keys for room 202, but the key cards didn't work. My husband went downstairs twice with issues of the key cards not working in the door. The receptionist finally came up with us to the room and had to let us in with a master key. Upon inspection of that room, it was also very dingy everywhere and the bedding looked as if it was all wrinkled and not clean. The AC worked in that room but there wasn't a remote for the TV, however there was a tv on the wall and one on the floor, it was so bazaar. After our awful experience in the first 20 minutes of our arrival, we decided we weren't even staying there, it was a dump! The receptionist couldn't help me much with a refund but gave me an email for the property contact. I also contacted Neeta via the live chat on Expedia's website requesting a refund for this booking since we didn't even stay and it was one of the worst experiences and ruined our weekend where we were moving our daughter into college and hoping to get part of Sunday with her. So disappointed!

This was the worst experience i ever had with a hotel. It started with front desk manager, wanted to charge 100.00 early check in at 3:00 and the room wasn't even ready. It clearly states on a sign by front desk check in 3:00 check out 11:00. She was the rudest front desk manager i ever encountered. We finally check in at 4 and the room was filthy, my daughter refused to get a shower cause it was so bad. Mirror in bathroom was broke, an awful smell. For 500.00 a night it was a total rip off. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves.

Never stay here

No rooms were ready, we called ahead to see if we could check in early and were told for $100. Check in was at 4 and no rooms ready still at 4:45 when they checked me in after waiting in line behind people in the same situation. Staff outside of manager were rude. This place should probably just be levels. Room not clean they did not provide towels not that I would actually want to use the bathroom.

Bad hotel and bad practices.

This place was bad from the start. Check in was supposed to be at 3. We arrived around 2ish. Normally the charge $20 or $25 (not sure which) to check in early & you can use card. They told us we could check in early for $100 cash. Seems super fishy. Since we didnt pay the $100, here was no check in till 4. We arrived back around 3:30 & there were multiple people waiting to check in. So instead of starting to get people in they waiting til after 4. Almost everone was there for a concert that night. We were all late. Once they started to check people in, it didnt last long as after the 1st person there were no more rooms available. How does this happen? Check out is at 11am. We are now at 430pm & no rooms are ready? When asked about some money back for any of the inconvenience, we were told NO. They arent allowed to refund. We waited for our room while others were given rooms that werent cleaned yet just to change quick and leave for the concert. We get to our room and it was just ok. It looked like a rundown room from a 90s movie. The lock on the door was missing, the bathroom still had hair in the tub and there was stains everywhere (beds, chair, curtains, bathroom shower curtain). Im glad we were only there 1 night. I honestly wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless it was a last resort. There isnt even a bathroom in the lobby to use while you wait to check in. Travelodge, never for me again. I still think the upcharged price of $100 to check in early was a scam!!

There are better places to stay


Was told early check in was $23 when I called on Wednesday for my Saturday stay but when we arrived early we were told $100. Came back at 4 and rooms were not ready, so not sure what that $100 would have done. Girl working desk very rude, night guy drinking Busch light there. Had to leave our stuff and head out to concert. We couldn’t even get into the room until after 5! We asked them to not throw away our food/even left a note to double confirm it and they still threw it out. We had no towels and our stuff moved. They Left someone’s old tooth brush along with other trash in our room too. Our key cards didn’t work when we came back that night. Random iron board in the room. The staff was just rude and under prepared for this weekend. Breakfast is a joke there, cold stuff left opened & 2 options- cereal and old bagels
area needs cleaned. The door to our room doesn’t fit inside the frame of wall so we heard everything and light from hall came through. We will not be back. The positive? The beds were comfortable.

Great neighborhood. Crappy hotel.

We paid for the hotel online and when we got there early we could only check in early if we paid $100 cash only. No keys would be given until they had $100 cash. People in front of us paid online for early check in and were told their payment had not gone through yet so they had to pay $100 cash. This is only due to the fact that everyone was in town for a concert or ball game and they knew people would pay it so that they wouldn’t have to wait until 4pm to check in. Which by the way, the sign above the front desk said check in time was 3pm. But no, that sign was wrong and it’s 4pm unless you pay $100 cash. No towels in room when we got in but there were coffee packets with no coffee maker to make it in. Dirty. Large air conditioner couldn’t cool down a small room. But the positive is that it’s a great neighborhood that’s quiet and we felt safe. About a mile down the road are great restaurants and shops. Close to the train if you decide to take that downtown.

Awful

Absolutley horrendous. i didnt expect 5* but this was deplorable. Dust/dirt/cobwebs everywhere, floor not vacuumed in a longggg time, no towels, dead bug on floor, toilet leaked, breakfast food/dirt covering breakfast area at 4pm in afternoon, hair from previous customers when we arrived all over batheoom. Called day before and asked fornearly checkin, they said $20. Got there to do early checkin and they said for this weekend only it was $100 cash ONLY which is super sketchy. Overall just horrible experience. Hotels.com should remove them from their website and corporate should be embarrassed to have this franchise owner.
