Location wise… not great. 40 min walk from the airport (10 minute uber), 20 drive from anywhere cool so not the best. The vibe of the place was interesting… felt a little like a prison if I’m being honest. Very modern and grey walls and carpet in all the hallways. The elevator was also atrocious and took forever. Cleanliness was meh… our sheets were stained! We didn’t use the pool because it closes at 7. "

The room was excellent, very spacious, with a mini living room, fridge, two sinks in the bathroom and excellent temperature inside. Yet again, the price was quite high, I believe, having to extend our stay from 1 night to 2 nights, the price per night went from £56 to €158. And this was only a standard room, sharing the double bed with my mum. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who suffers an unexpected disruption to their flight, as we did, as it is very conveniently located next to the airport but also not too far from tourist attractions like the tele cabin and the Colombo Shopping Centre.
