With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.

Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

Located in the south tower; Condo #402 has an amazing direct oceanfront view. The minimalist modern decor creates a fresh and radiant space that blends with the beautiful Caribbean Waters. Bring your laptop: now with wireless internet!

Oceanfront Master Bedroom: Featuring a VERY comfortable king size bed, it is beautifully decorated with ocean colors. This bedroom is on the top level and has a private bathroom and oceanfront terrace.

Second Bedroom Jungle Side: The second bedroom is decorated in bright Mexican colors and features 2 individual beds and large closet. Includes private bathroom and jungle view terrace.

Our second visit to this location. We love Cozumel! The property host went above and beyond to help us through some problems we had (an injury) that happened early in our stay. The pool was fabulous and the ocean front location is perfect for snorkling. The on site staff was also very helpful. We would go back again.

This place was beautiful, clean, and right on the water. The pool area was fabulous and everything you could want. The real star of the show, however, is the property manager. We arrived in the middle of the violence in Puerto Vallarta and he personally called us to assure us that Cozumel was safe and life was proceeding as usual, with cruise ships coming in, incoming flights landing, and his kids in school. He is currently going to great lengths to retrieve my phone that I left at a beach club the day before we left, with the intention of sending it back to me. I have never had such great attention and efforts from a property manager!

Amazing vacation

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Miramar condo The condo has the best views and was perfectly located just minutes from downtown Cozumel. Our condo was Spacious and clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs and Matt was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous condos and location!

We had a great trip to Cozumel with our friends! The condo was perfect for the kind of trip we wanted. It was quiet and relaxing. We sat on the patio watching the cruise ships in the morning and enjoyed the pool all afternoon. Loved the snorkeling experience and the fact that we could go anytime. Fabulous vacation and we’re planning to come back next year!

We enjoyed two weeks at the condo. The host, maid and groundskeepers were wonderful and very accommodating! Snorkeling right from the condo and the sunset views were super. Hope to come back some time!

What a Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cozumel and at our Miramar Condo. We enjoy the north side of the island for its snorkeling right at the property. Of course, this means no sandy beach (which one of my daughters would have preferred), but as a whole, we enjoyed this choice. The condo is clean and offers beautiful views of the sunset. The pool and outdoor area is clean and enjoyable.

Wonderful peaceful stay at Miramar!

Miramar 402 was great! Very safe area in North end of the island. Staff very attentive, pool was wonderful, snorkeling on property was good, but current strong- not for the inexperienced swimmer. We had a car so explored the island quite a bit- would recommend Sky Reef on south side for easier snorkeling. Will definitely be back to Miramar and Cozumel. The weather wasn’t on our side this week (a lot of rain- and a power outage) but will try again for sure. Going back to MN with great memories!

A Gem in Cozumel

We loved our stay! This is a great location and a wonderful condo. We enjoyed the two balconies so much - there is a third off the 2nd bedroom too. We snorkeled in front of the condo - GREAT! We saw sting rays, turtles and so many colorful fish. Matt gave us excellent recommendations like - the tiki hut on the south side of the island called Welcome to Miami. It is a must. The Mojito is fabulous!! We loved the fish and pizza and Guidos and La Choza had fantastic Mexican cuisine. It was a great trip and we highly recommend this spot. You won’t be disappointed. Also loved drinks at Hemingways - wouldn’t recommend food.

Perfect condo and facility

Just checked out after 6 great nights. The condo is exactly as advertised. The AC worked great, which was needed the first afternoon we got there and one or two other afternoons. Otherwise we opened the doors and windows and let the beautiful ocean breeze blow through. The pool and chairs was nice. The diving board was fun, and the ladder was nice to get out. Snorkeled a bunch both ways up the wall. Very nice. Be careful of currents

An Amazing week!

This vacation exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. The location, on the northern end of the island, was very quiet (and safe), the property was in pristine condition and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and polite, the every-other-day maid service was wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. We were greeted by Joyce and after a quick walk-through we were left to enjoy the beginning our our week-long vacation. The condo was clean, fully equipped . Our worry about drinking the water was eased when we found a large purified water fountain. The pool was beautiful and very refreshing and the snorkeling in front of the property was wonderful. Miramar is close enough to San Miguel to get there quickly, but far enough to not be part of the hustle and bustle

A perfect place to watch the sunset

This condo was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes, and when the glass carafe on the coffee pot broke, Matt had a new one there within an hour. We had to get used to the stairs that had no railing on one side; it took a day and we ran up and down like we lived there. The master bed was really comfortable and we left the a/c off to catch the breeze and sound of the ocean. The condo is on the 4th floor. Remember, however, that the first floor is below street level, so it was really only two flights. We are not strong swimmers and the current in front of the building was too strong for us to be comfortable in the water - that was the only fly. Thank you to Matt and the staff for a lovely vacation.

Beautiful ocean views

First trip to Cozumel. Came with my Person, and 20 y/o son and son’s girlfriend. Hosts are awesome - great communication. Helpful with transportation. Property is clean and beautiful and amazing to be able to jump in the ocean right off the pool deck. Very safe area. Close to everything. Rented a car - glad to have the flexibility and not very expensive and there is free parking on site. Used laundry machine and dryer - worked great. Coffee maker works great - you do not need to buy paper filters for it! Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of Culligan style drinking water. Bed plenty comfortable in master. 2nd bedroom - management pushed the twin beds together to convert to big bed and added a mattress cover and it was plenty comfortable. A/C was a little difficult to understand at first - thought had turned it off when we left condo and later found out we had left it on - but eventually figured it out. AC works really well and fast. Quiet area - peaceful. Ship watching awesome. Would love to come back some day.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights and it was amazing! It is right on the water with wonderful views. The pool guy was out there every morning cleaning the pool and surrounding area. A big bonus is every other day the cleaning lady comes in and cleans the place really well. Also there is a washer and dryer in the condo which is a big convenience. The best asset of this condo is the view. The sunsets on the water are amazing. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the water is our favorite. There isn’t a beach here but we don’t care we mainly hang out at the pool. You can jump into the ocean off the ledge (which is fun)! Also it’s an awesome location to snorkel. It’s a smaller condo complex so the pool wasn’t ever crowded, which is great! We rented a Jeep from Rentadora Isis (we rent here every time) to drive around town and across the island. This is close to town but kind of a trek (not too awful long and there are bars on the water along the way before you get to the square) and it’s a beautiful walk once you get to the marina! If you are a runner, there were a lot of runners in this ares. This is good location to run South toward the square and most of it is right off the water. We love Cozumel and this is our 2nd time to stay in Miramar. We would definitely stay here again! Matias the Manager, was around all week and he spoke English very well and he was very helpful!

This place is amazing!

Matt had arranged our shuttle, so our names were on big signs outside of the airport. We were quickly dropped off and met immediately by Matt. He gave us an overview of the condo and our vacation started. The view was spectacular. We grabbed a taxi to Mega for essentials. After getting our things put away we were off to the pool. The diving platform was intimidating but after a couple of days I gave it a try several times. The condo is stocked very, very well. Even if you forgot you sun hat or coozie, you will likely find one to borrow. The king size bed was very comfortable which is rare in Cozumel. There is a huge binder that is filled with lots of important information. At the front is a yellow card for "Room Service" it is a service that will deliver anything from food from your favorite restaurant or toothpaste and ice. Great great service. There were 2 tv's, lots of books, and dvd/bluray movies. Plenty of beach towels. I used the washer & dryer several times. Walking into town hasn't changed to much since I had been there. Everyone still assumes you are from a cruise ship. Lol I won't go into any details on where we ate, but it was all good. For a fast breakfast Hotel B is 5 minutes tops .
