Beautiful property. Our biggest complaint was a pillow on our bed had a very disgustingly stained pillowcase. I can't understand how the cleaning staff missed it and allowed it to remain on the bed as it was clearly visible when we walked into the room. We brought the pillow to the front desk, they apologized, said a clean pillow would be brought to the room. It never arrived. Otherwise, excellent bar and dining area, well appointed room, on time shuttle.

Very basic hotel within walking distance of the airport and there is a free shuttle. No air conditioning which was an issue in warm weather. Fine place to stay if you need to be near the airport.

When I made the reservation, I wasn't aware that the room wasn't air conditioned. My adapter wouldn't fit the plug by the bed, so I wasn't able to use the cpap. None of the USB ports worked. Coffee in the room would have been nice.

No way we would stay here again, too expensive.

On arrival in the room 330 the carpet in front of the media wall was soaking wet, not sure why. The towel rail in the bathroom fell off its fixings and dropped on my wife,s foot. The body lotion bottle fell off the shower tiled wall when no one was near it. Slept okay once the outside noise settled down.

Convenient

Very near to the rental car center so deop-off was wasy and just walked back to hotel. Shuttle made it easy to get to the terminal with out luggage.

I like it's closeness to the airport. Quiet, and easy access to places we visited in town. However, i was shocked when i went out and came back to my room uncleaned when i gave specific instructions before going out. Had to wait at lounge area after a tired and exhausting day of visiting places. The house keeping quickly just dashed in briefly and came out. It was obvious she did a poor job in an attempt to clean quickly. Also, no movie channels, not even for children channels. So you cant watch a great late night movie while on holiday and my child could not watch any nice kids program cos it was only news and boring channels. I am glad i didn't book several nights as my child started asking to go home.
