Great location. Outside of the city center, but next to a tramstop, so a direct line to and from the airport and to and from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. Breakfast had limited choices, but there is more than enough not to go hungry. Would definitely consider this hotel again the next time!

The price is too high! Nice and clean but for the cost it just isn’t worth it. You don’t even have coffee and kettle in the room. If you didn’t buy the breakfast, you have to pay for the coffee in the breakfast area. Which would be fine — if I hadn’t already paid $280CDN for ONE night.

The property is nice, clean and quiet and it was tiidied and cleaned everyday. My only criticism was that in our room tthere was no kettle, coffee, tea ans hairdryer. You have to go to the reception in the morning to get your tea or coffre, this thibgs woukd be a nice addition inside the room. Hairdyer is paramount for women like me who hair wash is very important. Staff were fairly nice...the area was quiet, five mins walks for the public transport which were the tram and busses so easy to get to the town center...All in all our stay is pleasant enough to get throigh 3 nights of stay. Will recommend it iff your not a very fussy person.

Felt the room was very over priced given the spareness of the room. Shower stall is in your bed area which was odd. Room small so not much space for luggage. No hair dryer. However the bed was super comfy. Re: breakfast - limited options. Not sure it was worth 8.5 pounds. Very close walk from the tram to the hotel. Easily can take the train to the. Gyle station and walk to the hotel.

This is a great, clean, convenient option right by the tram, to get into Edinburgh! It’s in a business area (so not cute) but it’s quiet and safe, and close to a mall if that’s helpful. The price was a bit high for what it was, but I assume it was higher than usual because it was during the Fringe Festival.

Extremely small room in good location

The room was extremely small with not even a towel rack to dry towels. However, the breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was very helpful. The location was good and easy to get a tram in to the city and then to the airport.

Surprised by the comfort of our room, having our son sleep above us. Hotel was really bright and clean but only let down was lack of restaurant facilities nearby.

Nice enough building but the rooms are hostel style tiny. Biggest issues for us were that the shower is in the sleeping/living area so zero privacy while showering/getting in & out. Also toilet has a room but the door does not go to the ceiling so in a small space, again, little privacy. Very convent to the airport and tram into Edinburgh proper. Loved the luggage scale in the lobby as well.

Avoid if you can.

Room very basic, blind stained and broken, felt like a prison inside. Communal space ok but room not comfortable. Premier Inn, Travel Lodge way better. Location only real positive.
