This attractive apartment provides the best of both worlds; it is within walking distance of Edinburgh City Centre, but is situated in a quiet location with the added benefit of a parking space. With Princes Street and the City Centre only a short walk, you can easily be at the heart of Edinburgh’s shopping, historic and cultural district. For nightlife, the apartment offers convenient access to popular bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. And when you want a break from the bustle and excitement of the city, the peaceful Royal Botanic Gardens are within walking distance (approx. 15 mins), as are excellent transport connections to out of town attractions. The apartment itself contains two bedrooms (one double and one twin, both with new mattresses from January 2024), one with en-suite facilities. The lounge / dining area open out onto a small patio area, for which a table and chairs are provided.

There is a car park for the development which guests are to use. It is free subject to guests entering the vehicle details into the parking system. There is not an allocated spot, but we have never struggled to find a space.

Super appartement Ă  Edimbourg

Appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il est Ă  15/20 minutes de marche du centre historique. Jolie rĂ©sidence dans un quartier trĂšs calme. Commerces Ă  proximitĂ© pour les courses. Édimbourg est une jolie ville, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps souvent ensoleillĂ©. Sam est ultra rĂ©actif et communique de nombreuses informations par mail et dans l'appartement. Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cet appartement spacieux, cosy et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. A 20 minutes Ă  pieds de la nouvelle ville, il bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© par sa proximitĂ© du centre ville mais Ă©galement par le calme de ce quartier rĂ©sidentiel. L'appartement dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s et est trĂšs lumineux malgrĂ© son emplacement en 1/2 sous-sol. Édimbourg est une ville accueillante qui propose beaucoup d'activitĂ©s culturelles, des resto-pubs sympas et nous avons en plus Ă©vitĂ© les gouttes ! Merci pour ce trĂšs bon sĂ©jour !

The property met our needs and the location was good to access areas in the city. The check in process required contacting the host to resolve issues with the parking permit. Areas of improvement, need hooks for clothes in the bathrooms and the beds were small. There was staining in one bedroom's carpet and couch.

We had plenty of space and having two bathrooms was wonderful.The area was quiet and shopping was a short walk away.It was close to everything we wanted to see. The Royal Mile. Arthur's Seat. Well located comfortable apartment

The apartment is well located just off Leith Walk and within easy walking (or bus or tram) distance of both Edinburgh centre and Leith. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. Whilst not designated for disabled people it is all on one lever and ground floor and easily negotiated with a walker. the owners are really helpful and gave us full instruction on how to reach the apartment and how to use everything in it! The only thing I'd suggest is a few more leaflets on places to see, though as ex Edinburgh residents we were OK on that! Thanks to Sam and family for an enjoyable stay.

Spacious, Quiet and Comfortable

We very much enjoyed our time. The apartment was spacious for our 4 adults and had every amenity. Communication was excellent. It was a little far to walk from Waverly Station with luggage, so I would recommend and UBER for that, but easy to walk to Old Town without luggage. Make sure you eat at Momma Roma's italian. and make a reservation.

First night was very cold because the heating was not funcioning. The photo's on internet looked better then in reallity. This apartment is outdated and needs an renovation (except 1 bathroom) The rent was to high for this apartment. I think a fair price would be between 150 and 200 pounds per day as maximum.
