We stayed here 1 night to be close to the train station for a 5am train the next day. It was wonderful! The staff was friendly and accommodating with our large luggage, and the room was clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants close by too. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Frankfurt.

It was a clean hotel that’s across from the train station. The essentials are provided. It’s quiet at night for a good night of sleep and the beds are comfortable. I would stay again if I need to be close to the train station again.

I always enjoy staying at Hamburger Hof. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms (although on the small side) are impeccably clean. Convenient location, 2 minutes walk from the main train station. There can be street noise but nothing too serious. I’ll definitely be back, and I recommend this hotel.

Hamburger Hof Hotel is my preferred hotel stay whenever I’m in FRA. Check-in time is 2pm which helps tremendously if your train arrives earlier than expected. The main train station is across the street. Very happy with my stay! THANK YOU

Perfect location for travel by Train. The station nearby connects with city transportation as well. It is a 20 min walk to old town. The hotel was nice, somewhat modern and the furniture was comfortable. The grounds around the Train station lack cleanliness and some bars on windows showing crime could be a problem. However police station is right across the street from the hotel. Early evening after dark felt safe enough for me. The streets adjacent to hotel and train station is likely safe at any hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.

I would rate it as 4, but there is absolutely no heater in the toilet - make sure to leave the toilet door open to let the heat in.

Very close to main train station and only 15 minutes to airport on the train. The area around the hotel is shady but hotel itself seemed safe. Rooms clean with hot water. Excellent for overnight transit in Frankfurt.
