Worst hotel I have eve stayed in !!! Pictures are a lie, everything is dirty, rooms are a mess, drains are clogged, there is rat waste on the floors, broken doors, sticky floors, smells like smoke, this hotel should be shut down. Manager will lie to you. Worst experience i have ever had. No one should stay here.

The room was gross, it was dirty and there were stains on the walls all over. The room smell like smoke. The bathroom smells like piss and there were more stains on the walls. The shower sprayer was held together by duck tape. It was so loud in the apartment, the main window to the street did not have proper seals there were loose and need repair. Oh there are stains all over the windows too. The door did not seem to block out much noise either for the stairs. The floors look like they need to replaced 5 years ago. Even the picture that hung over the bed was unlevel.

Don't stay here. We checked in and walked back out withing five minutes of arriving. The rooms was dark, dingy unclean, and stunk. Of what, I'm not sure but it stunk.

This place was not a good place to stay. Very little interaction with us and when we asked for information they always just said no. A guy walked in in front of us and they told him 50 euros. He said no and gave them 30. They took it. That's the kind of place this is. Curtains were half hanging and half off. Kind of gross

Great location extremely dirty

The hotel is way more of a hostel vibe which is completely ok. However the room had hardly been clean at all. I don’t believe it’s ever been sweep or washed a window. However the location was great but much more of a party hotel and if dirt at all bothers you please don’t stay here

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was shocking from the moment I stepped inside. The floors were so sticky they clung to my shoes, and not just from poor cleaning—they appeared downright filthy. The bathroom was a horror show, with mildew and mold creeping across the tiles, an unsightly ring of poop stains in the toilet, and a sink that refused to drain. Even the walls looked diseased, flaking paint and ominous water stains that seemed to harbor more mold. The entire place reeked of must and smoke, like it hadn’t been aired out in years, and the grimy lobby was populated by some seriously shady characters. The lighting was practically non-existent, leaving the hallways feeling more like a back alley than a reputable hotel—especially unsettling given the already sketchy vibes. A decent night’s rest was impossible, thanks to raucous neighbors at all hours. Worst of all, the online photos might as well be from another planet; nothing remotely resembled what I saw in person. Overall, it was a terrible, unsettling experience that left me wondering what unsavory activities normally go on behind these dingy walls. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if it was the last hotel in Frankfurt!

The photos online are not the same bed and room. I was on a tiny bed in the corner and it was a very bleak and sad room. They never cleaned under the bed and there were tons of dirty things and papers underneath it. The toilet was dirty and disgusting and I'm not sure when it was cleaned last. At least the shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I feel like it should have been half the price for how much I paid. It's worth spending a little extra for another room. Also there were interesting guests next door continuously coming in and out of the room and knocking on the door before being let in and out....it felt very sketchy! It is a very convenient location so if you're ok with the bare minimum just to sleep for a layover, then go for it...however, if you find something better for 20-40 Euro more, I"d choose that route and splurge.

Filthy and stinky room

Room stinks like an ashtray. Absolutely dirty. Asked receptionist to clean and a guy mop with a dirty mop using only water. Drawers with rubish from prior guests and sheets with cigarette burns Picture does not represent the room at all. They changed room on next day and gave another one that was dirty as well and same tobacco stench. In 4 days nobody came to clean, change sheets or towels or make the bed. An absolute scam! Don’t know how Expedia or Hotels.com take part in this scam. I feel cheated :-(

Extremely bad dont be fooled by the picture

It was so dirty and smelly the place was not a hotel at all. I complained about the dirt and smell in the room the gentelman at reception said best he can do is spray the room. I asked for a refund he said too late. I have attached picture of entrace to my room which i showed the reception guy. He siad its not direcly in you room. It smells of damp and mould and mould in the picture explains why.

Unfortunately the room was dirty. Sticky floors as soon as we arrived, broken shower stand, bathroom constantly smelt of urine, cigarette burn marks in the bedsheets. All drawers were stained. Corridors smelt strongly of cannabis. It was clear the other guest were smoking in their rooms. Staff however were lovely but overall I am far from pleased with my stay. The pictures did not represent the rooms at all.

Absolutely not

Disgusting. Rooms were in awful condition, mould on the walls, cockroaches on the floor. Doesn’t look a thing like the photos. Do not stay here even if you’re desperate. The street is unsafe, full of crack heads.

This hotel was not as advertised. First, it has no elevator and we were given a room on the 5th floor with 3 giant bags of luggage we had to lug up and down. Second, the room we stayed in clearly had the door kicked in in the recent past. There was a chunk of doorframe that had been replaced (unpainted and held together by caulk and a handful of screws). Third, the area it is in is very unsafe. We had to dodge a bunch of people asking us for money and also trying to sell us their beers as we got in. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no AC and we were only given a desk fan to cool the entire room, and all night heard people yelling and arguing. This was the most scared I've ever been while traveling. Our room had a bunch of bugs in the bathroom and overall did not feel clean. The bed itself was horrible. It was hard and they gave us 2 of the flattest pillows known to man. Please heed my warning - do NOT book!!!
