Der Aufenthalt dort zu übernachten wurde mir nicht erlaubt aufgrund der Mitnahme eines minderjährigen. Ich hatte am Tag davor vor Sorge zur Sicherheit eine Einverständnis Erklärung ausgefüllt und direkt bei der Premier Inn zentrale angerufen. Die Zentrale hatte mir gesagt es sei okay wenn maximal eine erwachsene Person dabei wäre. Beim Check in wurde ich dann um 22:00 Uhr abgelehnt und da ich selber noch jung bin (19) lag es mir schwer in dieser Zeit noch eine Unterkunft zu suchen. Ich habe den Mitarbeiterinnen erzählt das ich weniger als 24 Stunden dort übernachten wollte und vor 9 Uhr weg bin da ich selber nicht aus Frankfurt bin. Das wurde weiterhin abgelehnt und ich musste mit sehr wenig Geld eine neue Unterkunft finden! Mir wurde jedoch gesagt das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme von Expedia was ich bis heute nicht zurück bezahlt bekommen hab. Ich bitte um ihr Verständnis und um mein verlorenes Geld
