Clean room, walking distance to the old town but horrible service our booking included breakfast but not breakfast was served. Not one is there to answer any questions This is an apartment not a hotel and they should mention that on the booking websites

Exceptional place in Frankfurt

Fantastic place where we stayed as a family. Very clean and well maintained apartment, as well as friendly staff and good regular cleaning. Highly recommended :)

Minimalist, but cosy decor - smart tv and large four poster bed. Generous room size, brilliant value for quality and friendly helpful staff. Slightly out the way of the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood, but quick and easy access by tram - best of both worlds. Great for a couples get away.

Was so much nicer than just a hotel room having the kitchen and lounge area. The quality of the property was good...and the TV’s were great with Netflix! Could have done with a couple more mugs in kitchen and a tea towel/cloth for tidying any mess, especially if only there for 2-3 days, so no time to sauce these items. Would certainly use again if I needed to stay in Frankfurt.

Well located and comfortable

For us great location. Tram and train station right at the door. Supermarket, Bakery, and other shops within 100m. Cafe’s and restaurants within 300m, walking distance to CBD. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed, very pleasant. Would stay again

Excellent place to stay

Phenomenal location, great staff, excellent apartment-style room. Only thing I would have liked is air-conditioning because Germany is so hot this year. I recommend this location very highly.

It's very close to the center, within walking distance of metro, river, main pedestrian area for restaurant and shopping and Zoo. It was more of an apartment feel, the lobby is not opened 24 hr a day.

El piso no está mal, el check out fatal

El apartamento está bien, no es nada del otro mundo, algo oscuro al ser un bajo. La cama era muy cómoda y la verdad es espacioso y tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos días. Lo que menos me gustó fue la comunicación, tenía que irme por la mañana y no había nadie en recepción, no contestaban al teléfono ni dejan un lugar donde dejar las llaves, al final dejé la llave dentro pero sin la llave no puedes cerrar la puerta, así que es una situación rara. Creo que deberían tener un método para hacer el check out sino van a estar en la recepción.

One of my favourite hotels in Frankfurt !

For that budget it’s really amazing ! The rooms/ apartments are very spacious, the ceilings are high, it’s very comfortably furnished & has everything you need in a short or even longer stay. The location is quite central (walking distance to the Zein/ Goethe strasse) And finally the staff is really great! Very helpful & very easy going when it comes to early check in/ late check out. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

La suite è veramente gradevole, molto ampia e ben arredata, pulitissima! appena fuori passano i tram con cui si può raggiungere il centro città e sull'angolo c'è la fermata del passante ferroviario che collega a tutte le metropolitane. Alla reception Anna Capuano è gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ottima esperienza, ci tornerò.
