Everything? Can I simply say everything about the Victoria was above expectations. Friendly, clean and fairly quiet. Close to the train station made us choose it, but everything was great. Service and the breakfast - one of our best hotel meals ever. Just what we needed.

Convenient locations to all major attractions, just a few team stops away. Many dining choices and convenient shops around for water and general needs. The staffs are helpful and polite. Reasonable prices. Strongly recommended and will stay here again.

It was a great stay for a quick stay. We took the train into the city, so it was the perfect location. The hotel staff were very attentive, friendly and great for recommendations.

Great location. Easy to get anywhere from there, Lots of food options near by. Hotel is clean but needs some cosmetic repairs in places … tv remote battery was corroded and couple of cuts in the bed upholstery near foot of the bed. Area is kinda sketchy but as long as you keep your wits about yourself, you should be fine. Staff is super helpful and nice.

There were no face towels, had to use the bath towel for everything. Shower was kind of broken. The rooms were not sound proof and you could hear every person walking past from the outside.

We opted to stay here as it was close to the main train station and we had an early train to catch in the morning. It’s not in the greatest area, but we expected that given that it’s in the heart of a major city with a wide variety of people coming and going. There was a great Thai restaurant right across the street that was open later than most and a place to do our laundry which wasn’t far from there either. Overall it was a decent hotel, but not a nice as the one we stayed in the first night that we came to Frankfurt a week prior. That one was a bit further from the train station which was fine since we didn’t have a train to catch the next day. Breakfast at Victoria didn’t start until later in the morning so we didn’t get to eat at the hotel and instead grabbed a bite at the train station.

This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. It is about another 10'ish minutes to the Christmas market. The staff is more than happy to hold your luggage if your room is not ready which is great. We were three and the room was perfect set up so there was no bumping into each other and room for luggage. There is an elevator which is handy. Wee balcony to watch the world go by. Bathroom was spacious. Would recommend it.

Stay here every year I visit franksurt for th Xmas market. This time only 1 major complaint room 306 mattress had a broken spring that came out of the matress and could be Dangerous. I turned the matress over which temporaly solved the problem, but the matress needs to be replaced.

Very convenient location: central to everything that tourists would like to do. Vibrant local neighborhood, which may seem scruffy to some, but in fact it’s a very safe and fun area. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Staff are fantastic!! Buffet breakfast is perfect.

Wondering front desk staff, lovely breakfast buffet. Had to park in an underground parking garage a few blocks away, but the walk was nice. Walking distance to several Christmas markets. Highly recommended. Reasonably priced as well.

Comfortable central hotel in an old building

A comfortable central hotel in an old building with high ceilings. Easy to open window / regulate heating temperature in winter, and was fairly quiet at night on the top floor. Good wifi.
