Decent place with minimal issues.

This property was decent. Our first disappointment was when unloading our things. It was a rainy day. The back door needs an awning. We got drenched unloading 3 vehicles. We tried to be efficient by using both entrances. The other problem was ants in the living room. Mostly between the tv stand and under the rug in front of it. We found the ant spray under the kitchen sink, so I don't think this was a first occurrence. Otherwise, everything was fine. We had a nice stay and enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for a family. Plenty of beds, so many extra, soft blankets. Lots of towels, washrags, etc. It came with hotel size shampoo and conditioner, so definitely take your own. The beach access was great, but the owners of the cottages across the street was very unkind and territorial with her “private property” part of the beach—0 out of 10 on that lady. We recommend this house!

A Great Place to stay at GOTL

My family loved it ! Especially the large screened porch...we had some rain so it was great to be outside and under cover. The owners were great to work with ! We will be back !

Great location right on the strip! Although the house was spacious and kitchen was well stocked, we did have a few minor issues with cleanliness. The shower curtains had mold on them and I had to sweep the floor downstairs because there was food left on the floor and cobwebs/spiders along the baseboards. The kitchen also had a very musty smell in some of the cabinets. One of the couch recliners was also broken. Overall, the house was good for our family and I would recommend it, but it could use a little updating

Home Away from Home!!

This is our 2nd time staying here & wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Perfect location just right off the strip. The owners are fantastic and responded right away. Highly recommend!

Although there were some housekeeping issues, the hosts were fairly responsive. The house itself was nice, everyone especially loved the comfy couches.

Perfect location, great amenities, responsive owner

This was our second time at this property and it will be the first one I look at every time. It's right off the strip, gives you parking and waterfront access. We actually had a problem with a running toilet in the master bath. Owner came and fixed it that day. Very easy to work with. This house also has the simplest checkout rules of any house we've stayed at. Fantastic!

The best location!

First time to Geneva and this was the absolute best location! We were able to walk everywhere and you are surrounded by literally everything! As for the house, it was perfect! Super clean, very spacious, and just everything we needed for a girls trip!

Great Cozy Place - close to everything

Check in was smoothly, clean home. Took a little time to get the temperature comfortable. We found actually turning on the air conditioning in the bedrooms and leaving the doors open was more efficient than closing the doors which leave the bathroom stuffy in the upstairs hallway. Landlord was very responsive. Will stay here again! Only down side was that the dryer was very loud.

Great location

We had a nice stay however it is worth noting that the 2nd bedroom is not a queen and a twin as stated. It is 3 twins. This caused a married couple to sleep separately during our stay which obviously is not ideal. The location to the lake and the strip was great and kitchen was fully stocked.
