Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!

The outside of the property was poorly maintained. Our patio was filthy- no chairs-steps to the lake were barricaded off. The inside of the room was clean and nice. Bed very comfortable. Difficulties with closing the bathroom door.

This is a diamond in the rough. The screened porch is damaged maybe from a storm. But it could be fixed up that would be awesome! The porch was dirty and could have been swept. The cottage was awesome! Everything you need. Clean. I would stay there again.

The worst stay of my entire life. Just walking to the “junior suite” (which is actually a roadside motel), we had to walk past piles of trash. Once we got into the room, it was filthy and smelled of mold. Dead bugs were everywhere. We lasted about 30 minutes and then found another hotel

Poorly run business. Single wooded chair in eating area - no table. Exterior smeared in dirt and spider webs. No real chairs to view the lake. Poorly outfitted interior.

We were expecting a nice place to stay because of the price for the weekend. However, when we walked in there were bugs all over the mattresses and comforters. There were bugs on the floors, walls, and couch. There were bugs crawling on the floor. The place was not clean like expected. The parking situation was also weird. The parking spots were assigned by cottage and there was no spot for our cottage.

I received no prior check in information. Problems with the no contact checking. No one around to help! No information for the property. The property sign was so small, we thought we were in the wrong place. Flies all over the room along with the lake flies .. never again here.

I don’t know if we were or not, but we felt like the first people to ever stay in the cottage because it was so clean. The beds were really comfortable and the location was right on the strip with a bar and grill /music venue right across the street. The private beach area had a lot of drift wood, but was still a beautiful view.
