I really can’t say more than enough nice things about the Lady named CHEY that works at the hotel. I had to make arrangements for my mom to stay there after her husband passed. CHEY made my mom comfortable and took care of her until I arrived ! She helped my mom unload her car and helped her belongings etc. I am from Winnipeg so it was not able to be there for her check in as I was flying out the next day. Just excellent to see people like Chey are out there helping seniors.

It was good. However, their walls are paper thin. I stayed next to a family and I was able to hear their voices and children crying at all times. The hotel, service and pool are were great.

Terrible experience staying at the Thomson hotel. Teenagers running riot on the floor we stayed on. Complained to staff who did nothing. Will not be staying there again.

Nice mattresses and pillows; however, there was no hot water for a bath at night, no fan in the bathroom, no kitchenette nor a complimentary breakfast (we paid top rate). As well, there are some characters in the neighborhood. The Noble Pig (nearby restaurant) was excellent!

Pulled up to the property, it’s a run down hotel with a new sign. Right beside a bus loop and train tracks with active trains. Pulled in to the covered hotel parking and there was homeless people going to the bathroom and hanging out. We left and booked a hotel room at the Coast. Booked here because of the arcade for the kid but this is not a kid friendly area since he had to witness a grown man peeing.
