The staff was so fantastic with my son they gave him a duck at the front desk and then a extra duck in his room and he loved every moment of having 3 ducks and he is looking forward the next time we stay at the “duck hotel”

Great place

super easy check-in with a friendly, funny desk staff. Room is clean and comfortable. The funny signs and ducks everywhere really made us smile. would stay again. Skip the attached restaurant thought.

Decent stay ... terrible breakfast experience

Stayed for a night over the weekend. Good location for downtown. The restaurant for breakfast was terrible and I highly recommend packing up and then heading to McDonalds instead. As soon as the restaurant (Ricky's) knows you're from the hotel, they treat you like garbage and you have to wait forever.

We stayed one night at the Accent Inn in Kelowna and found it to be an average experience. The room was clean and functional, but nothing stood out as particularly memorable or impressive. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite, but the amenities and overall atmosphere were fairly basic. It was suitable for a short stay, but we might explore other options next time.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay out of the downtown core but only a $12 Uber ride away! The room was a good size, well appointed and clean. My only complaint was the pillow is just too puffy and hard to sleep on. The only noise we heard was in the morning when people were leaving..doors slamming etc.

My recent stay was great! All the staff were really kind and helpful. The common areas were kept very clean, and the coffee from the lobby machine was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back!
