2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.
5.Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.
If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
