"Our concierge Alfred was so helpful to us he helped us plan our dinners and helped us book a tour. Our waiter Dagoberto was the sweetest! He always greeted us with a smile every time we went for breakfast. Also Grean, Nairobi, Vicente, and Itzel the concierge team were amazing, they were the sweatiest treated us like family. They helped us with our reservations and were always so happy to greet us and help us. Also at the spa Carla gave us an a lovely experience with our hydrotherapy session! The massage therapists Juana and Margarita were amazing therapists . I can truly say they all made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you for such am amazing time!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa del Sol is the prefect retreat from the crowed beaches. It has a resort-like atmosphere (all the while maintaining privacy and quiet relaxation that you cannot get at a resort) with the tropical plants surrounding the pool and the shaded lounge/Hammock area. The inside is lovely with beautifully decorated bedrooms and luxuriously appointed ensuites. The caretakers Obideo and Merilee are very kind. They made sure everything was in good order for our stay at Casa del Sol."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with 5 adults and 3 children and it was perfect. Akumal is a lovely, very safe spot to wander and the property was amazing. Was amazing to have the choice to swim or snorkel right off the beach or lounge by the pool. Several restaurants within walking distance and golf cart rentals very near by. The company was great to work with and very friendly."

"The property grounds were gorgeous, the garden and pool were beautiful, the air conditioning was lovely and the beds were very comfortable….the condo had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of five. There wasn’t any seaweed in front of the condo complex and the snorkeling on the bay was fabulous…we saw so many colorful fish, urchins and even an Electric Ray. We walked to La Lunita and the Jungle Cafe several times, which is only a five or ten minute walk, and the food was excellent…get the crunchy shrimp tacos if you go to La Lunita and the French Toast if you go to Jungle Cafe. Yal-Ku was amazing for snorkeling and was a short walk from the condo. This was our first visit to Mexico and Diana, the property manager, was a gem…she even arranged our airport transfer for us. We are definitely planning a trip for next year so we can go swim with the turtles and check out more cenotes."

"The house was beautiful and very clean! it was also a close drive to Xcaret Park. We were a large group and had both of my grandparents in wheelchairs. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was very accommodating for a late checkout. My family loved our stay here and would definitely come back!"
