"Definitely would return even if little no beach. Everything else was amazing. My room did face the road and only issue with that was the 30 tour buses that lined the street every morning and sat idling for 30+ minutes- but for small ocean view from balconies it’s either the street or the pool and pool area noisy all day and night. I loved the resort is at the end of the street and you can walk right to the beach and can walk along it where it is more beachy. I’m not sure if you’re allowed to sit on the beach that is in front of the other resorts. I never did. I just walked and no one told me I couldn’t be there. "

"My husband and I went to TRS for our honeymoon and we truly had the time of our lives. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore. The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants). The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! And for the biggest strength of TRS - the employees.The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Julian in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail! Julian at capricho, Oscar at tentazione, and David at boheme each went above and beyond for us, making us feel so cared for! The drivers were so warm and helpful too! TRS was a 20/10!"

"The rooms were very clean. The grounds and pools awesome. We were especially impressed with Thanksgiving Day! The staff dressed up and the buffet was crazy! My kids (6-years old) loved the Kids Club, they had lots of crafts, cookie and cupcake decorating, a new outdoor area with Pirate Ship and playground. We enjoyed activities at Xcaret daily, the access cant be beat. I would recommend this resort."
