"We loved the different amenities for the different ages. The staff was so kind, and especially Maria at the Family selection pool. Having a “butler” was very convenient for booking reservations and knowing what was going on as there was a lot of us with a range of kids in different age groups. Definitely one of our favorite places and resorts in Mexico to date."

"Our family had a wonderful time during our week long stay at White Sands. The property is beautiful and the two main pools are huge. We spent most of our time at the Colonial Pool which gave us easy access to breakfast and lunch buffets, the kids club, the kids pool and slides, a giant main pool, and the beach. We ate at several of the à la carte restaurants and had a great time at all of them, with Bahia e Brassa being our favourite. The most outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. At every turn they were kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a good vacation. Raul O., the concierge, made our stay so memorable. He got us reservations at every restaurant we had hoped to try, he helped us anytime we had a question, he had helpful recommendations and even arranged a few surprises for our daughter (4 yo) that made her so happy! Our room was kept incredibly clean by Eduardo; we so appreciated the daily service. The staff at the front desk were very kind, and also at all the buffets. We often ended the day with dessert and coffee at the buffets and were treated so well by Theresa at La Hacienda each night. We would 100% return here as White Sands had everything we had hoped for our vacation!"

"The structure was nice. The staff was nice. Check-in was good. Our 1st room was not ocean view (we paid for) our 2nd was good but we had to pay more. You can hear everything in the hallway when you’re in your room. Beach is approx 500 ft total. But you can’t go in the ocean as it’s mostly rocks. Nice bar and bathroom there. Entertainment is ok during the day. Cabanas are right upfront, and the chairs are behind the cabanas at the pool. Chairs are gone by 7am. Bar opens at 11am. No mimosas at breakfast. Food was ok. Restaurant was ok. Bring your own cup!! Resort was close to town. Safe to walk around. Coffee bar was great, 24 hr snack bar was good (but smells when you walk in). Pizza stand was good. Swim up bar is on third floor with 5 seats in a 30x50 pool. Cool view up there. I feel pictures of the resort on line are miss leading. We would not stay here again."
