"Not even sure how to review this place. It was a pretty good stay until we got robbed. Had 2 rooms hit in 2 different buildings. It was obviously staff as I don’t know who else would have access to all the rooms. All of our bags were obviously rifled through. The staff didn’t seem too concerned when we told them. Seems like theft is common according to other reviews. Keep all valuables on you the entire time. The buffet was average, restaurants were good. The sargassum was especially bad and the ocean was not swimmable most of our stay."

"This is my third stay here (1 girls trip and this is my 2nd time with my partner). Staff is always friendly and helpful! They try their best to accommodate and are part of the reason I keep coming back !"

"Resort was excellent as was the staff. A few area's of the resort could use some updates but nowhere near outdated. Only real thing we found that needs improvement was the dining reservations. "
