We had a fantastic vacation. We had access to most of the property due to booking through Expedia. The beach at Kantenah was the best spot and Alejandro took care of us every day we went to the beach! The restaurants were great and the staff everywhere were all very kind and accommodating for all of our questions in concerns. The rooms were very clean and the maid service kept everything stocked for us everyday. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this resort.

Food is tepid, not even warm and lacks flavor unless you want it so spicy it hurts. Husband fell down dark stairway; sober, staff seemed unconcerned. Injured knee and limped the entire vacation. Front desk called to arrange pick up with luggage on departure but did not show up. Almost missed our taxi to airport. Terrible stench from sargassum. Beach unusable.
