Our stay here was lovely! All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Cielo and David, our concierges, as well as the manager Miguel. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Grand Palladium Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful advice on things to do and see. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and spacious, clean rooms. The pools were pristine, and we especially loved the variety of options—there was something for everyone, from a lively pool with activities to a quieter, more serene space to relax. The food was incredible! The all-inclusive dining options were diverse, with everything from international cuisine to local specialties. Each meal felt like a treat, and the themed dinners were a nice touch. The bars served delicious cocktails, and we appreciated the variety of drink options available throughout the day. What really stood out was the range of activities and amenities. Whether you're into lounging by the beach or pools to the entertainment team keeping things fun and engaging the nightly shows and events. Our villa 59 was perfectly close to the beach in White Sends Resort and the room with view of lush green exotic Flora. The concierge team (Ceilo and David) were fantastic in introducing us to various events. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway. It's a perfect blend of luxury, fun, and excellent service—We will definitely be coming back!

This is our second time at the property and we love how large it is. We love walking around and you don’t get bored because there are many lobby’s and things to do. The staff does a great job. I will definitely book with Expedia again they treated us great.

Great pools and food is fabulous. We stayed in villa 58 and had David and Cielo as our concierge and they set us up with our dinner reservations and checked in with us daily. I’ve never had that good of service. Highly recommended.

My overall experience at the hotel was excellent, especially the staff service. My concierge team—Cielo, David, and Maria—went above and beyond, checking in with me daily via WhatsApp to ensure I had everything I needed or wanted. They also made restaurant reservations seamless, although booking through the hotel app was just as easy. Navigating the property was a bit confusing at first, but once I got familiar with it, everything was conveniently close by. While shuttles were available, I didn’t need them since most places were within walking distance. My room was well-maintained, though housekeeping still performed turndown service despite my “Do Not Disturb” sign. The shower temperature was another minor issue—it was only mildly warm never got hot. While this wasn’t a problem in warm weather, it could be frustrating on a colder day. One of the highlights was having access to the nearby sister properties. I spent most of my time at TRS, enjoying their saltwater and infinity pools. A tip for future guests: head to breakfast early, as it tends to get crowded. Booking spa treatments and excursions through the hotel was incredibly convenient. The food was hit or miss, but El Dorado stood out—they cooked a perfect medium-rare steak. As expected at an all-inclusive, the drinks were somewhat watered down. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay, which truly enhanced my experience

The white sands pool was great! It was large, clean, quiet with sufficient chairs! White sands beach area is small, but you can always walk down to the sisters resorts beach areas, but you will not have access to the chairs within those sections. Staff were great Ceilo and David were the best with securing dinner reservations for us, as they were stationed in building 59 during the early mornings and late nights. Rooms were super clean and refreshed daily, they did smell of mildew upon entrance but resided upon ac start up. Resort is grand, safe, well kept and beautiful overall. Drinks were hit or miss, we found that some bar attendants created better drinks than others, you must ask for liquor specifics if you have a preference. Food was ok, it gets repetitive, but you will by no means starve. My traveling party did visit the spa and were very pleased with the services. We did visit most of the other resorts as we had access, they were nicer in terms of liquor selections and food but I would have been content with just with just being limited to White Sands.

a great last minute trip! Food was great (no dodgy tummy) and overall good service. secret pool in the evening was great, quiet. Lots of wildlife on resort - lizards were characters. Can recommend a Miami Vice if you’re into a cocktail or two. Lovely long beach for walks, great sports facilities, lots of choice of food. 8/10
