The staff is AMAZING! Alfonso attends to your every need! Jonathon at the pool bar is so fun! Eloise in the spa gives the absolute BEST massages! All of the restaurants are top notch. We loved staying at Catalonia Royal Tulum. Our second stay in 10 months!!!

This resort was beautiful. We got the Priviledged upgrade which was definitely worth it just for the BLoved restaurant. The upselling pressure by the white shirt concierge group was relentless and very frustrating. We already paid a ton of money. Leave it alone already. Food overall was good to excellent. Beach and pool were great. Very clean. It would be great if at an all inclusive if adding a tip option to the overall bill was available. Carrying tip money in your bathing suit is annoying. Most staff were lovely and service was great.

This was the most beautiful place we’ve stayed so far! The beach is absolutely gorgeous - clear blue water - and the pool is all amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating - not pushy at all with sales I can see why so many people say they’ve been there 10+ times. We will be back.

Quetzabel greeted us in Palapa and entertained us with her warm and bubbly personality while providing excellent service. My whole stay at this hotel was wonderful! Clean rooms, great food, and the staff were always very friendly. Every time I went to the La Palapa restaurant, Quetzabel and Angeles greeted me with the biggest smile and it made me feel like home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

So this is not an all inclusive property as they advertise when we got there there was nothing to eat as they required reservations for their restaurants that were already booked. so we had to settle for room service and when we got our food, it was pork quality and cold. They only serve buffet style on Saturdays and breakfast is up to two Ish and then after that, you’re pretty much on your own beauty and reserve and they already pre-booked restaurant. So my question to them was what am I supposed to eat? Front desk clerk was rude at the end. We ended up checking out on our second day of our vacation because we did not want to waste our time in a such poor Quality hotel that claimed to be an all-inclusive and it’s not. The only thing that was beautiful was the beach.
