Staff are extremely friendly and upbeat. Buffet is good and dishes change often. Room is good, bed sort of hard. Drinks are strong! Had a very relaxing and fun time overall.

This was our second visit to this resort. Last time we stayed in sian kaan. Love the food variety. Alot of sea food options. Buffets are huge. The resort itself is huge. The service in coba was great but definitely felt the difference conpared to adult only service. Coba is great for families. Overall, would come back.

Good property for families, safe, good beach. We stayed at a VIP but still had to upgrade when we got here for access to the other properties. Even with our upgraded bracelet we were sometimes told we weren’t allowed and had to talk to a manager to have it rectified

Harly anyone speaks English. If you've got questions or concerns,good luck. No posting or knowledge of activities unless you're approached to buy something. Employees trying to sell you drugs is classy along with the scam artists with the spas and (Privilege Club) ***Beware read the reviews*** They will lie and manipulate you to no end to try you suckered in. Offer you "free gifts" a bottle of booze,spa and so on. Dont fall for it! Wont be returning to Bahia Principe ever again and dont recommend.
