The restaurant dining in the evenings instead of the buffet was fantastic and we also enjoyed all the evening shows. The pool was the nicest and largest resort pool I have ever seen.

8 night stay for 7 people with 3 rooms. Ibooked for the Colonial but we were moved to the Beach without notification. Room and dining were as we expected. 1 room had a toilet back up spilling black water onto the floor. We should have asked for a room change then but they cleaned it and laundered anything we needed.Then same room begun to have leak in the ceiling so they had to change rooms on our last night. Still would go back.

We enjoyed our stay with our two young children. All amenities are close together, walking to the restaurant, beach, pool or show area was very easy and quick. The pools and beach are great! We also enjoyed the mini golfing. We were surprised that the pirate water park was an additional cost, when it did not offer much more than the included kid water island area.

Beautiful property with lots of things to do with the kids!! Clean rooms, good food, lots of games and pools to choose from. My only couple complaints are the chair situation (they need to purchase more) as there was never any beach or pool chairs available after 10am and the smell of their public bathrooms was awful! Overall I would definitely return!

I loved the amenities; pools, beach, pickle ball court, access to meals, drinks etc. However I would not see it as a five star resort. Our room had damage such as cracked tiles and broken off support bar in the bathtub, air conditioner did not work near capacity, wi-fi light continuously blinked all night every night .. had to cover it with a towel but didn't help. I advised front desk but little assistance was offered. Otherwise the grounds and hospitality staff were wonderful.
