This resort is always amazing! We have stayed 7 times and each time gets better. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurants are a little difficult to reserve, I suggest you get this done as soon as you check in. We had to go to the guest relations office for them to help us, the connection on your phones never work. The Grounds are clean and beautiful with a lagoon for swimming and snorkeling. Beach area can be filled with Seaweed depending on the time of year but there are 4 pools on the resort. Some areas are for Privileged guest which is so worth the extra money for more privacy and better liquor selections at the pool bars. Make sure to rent a golf cart and go 3 minutes down the road to Puerto Aventuras! This is a must see for everyone.
