My place is great for families, couples and climbers located on the west side of Las Vegas (about 10-15) minutes from the strip. There are double pillow top beds, 85 inch in living area and TVs in every bedroom with cable! Beautiful back yard with a private pool and spa, which can be heated at no attritional cost between March and the end of November.

NO SWIMMING IN THE POOL PAST 10pm No Large speakers allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 8 am to10 pm $75 per pet, per stay
$75 to heat the pool and spa per day nov-April $25 per day charge to heat spa year round $2000 non-negotiable fee for any guest that smokes in home.
Number of guests on the reservation are limited to guests ONLY Any alterations to the number of guests need to be made thru VRBO prior to check in.

Poor communication prior to stay, several broken items in and around the home. We had to clean the pool and hot tub before we could use them but there wasn't even a skimmer there. There was popped floaties and cushions and a lot of debris in the pool. It's very deceiving about heating the pool and hot tub. The have to be heated with an app that you have to download on your phone and then your phone has to stay connected to them in order for them to heat. So you couldn't even go out for the day and then come home to a heated pool or hot tub. Very inconvenient. There's no welcome book or instructions for which one of the 3 or 4 thermostats works, washer/dryer, anything or how they work in the house or with recommendations or anything. No extra blankets. The cleaning wasn't very good. We got the impression this is probably used as a party house more than anything and it probably serves that purpose well enough.

We loved our stay in this house! Ari is a very responsive host and answered any questions we had immediately. The layout is perfect for a large group to hang out. We loved the hot tub. The neighborhood has a lot of families and it was a great spot away from the strip. Highly recommend!

A fabulous home in a great location. Check-in was easy and all of the instructions given to us were helpful and easily understood. The home was quiet and comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed. Although we did not use the pool, we enjoyed having the use of the hot tub. The host was wonderful and quickly responded when we had any question. We loved staying here and would highly recommend the home to anyone. Hope to stay again in the future.
