The Oasis is great for families or groups of coworkers and friends. It provides a swimming pool (optional pool heating fee $80 per day) , a warm fireplace and a firepit in the back for cold nights. Pool table, video games and card games for entertainment.. Centrally located. Close to many fine dining restaurants, great hiking trails with Red Rock nearby, short car ride to the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas.The Oasis is great for families or groups of coworkers and friends. It provides swimming pool for the Spring, Summer, and Fall season and warm fireplace during the winter. Pool table, video games and card games for entertainment. Plenty of televisions and cable tv. Centrally located. Close to many fine dining restaurants, great hiking trails with Red Rock nearby, short car ride to the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. Tesla Model S car rental available with stay. Dogs ok in all spaces except the bedrooms! $50 pet fee. ($250 additional fee if pet stayed and urinated in rooms) Tesla Model S, Nissan, or Ford Mustang car rental available for additional fee.

Vegas pool house

Needs some TLC, master bed needs replaced, pool table and cue sticks need replaced, pool pump noise annoying, bar b Que lacks gas pressure temperature! Mold in master shower a few nails up in floor transition pieces, top of stairs, and into master bathroom. Kitchen needs new pots and pans. Aside from above a really nice home, good A/C, quiet neighborhood, had a wonderful time with family. Appreciated snacks, drinks, allowed early access. Would stay again.

Fun Trip

We stayed at the property with 10 people. We had everything we needed for the 3 nights. We had the pool heated and it was wonderful! Some of the dishes in the cabinets needed to be rewashed before use but other than that everything was good.

It's nice having a home to stay in rather than a hotel with kids. Washer and dryer were nice as well as snacks and coffee etc. Plenty of towels. Owner very responsive to messages.

Awesome Vacation Stay

Big house with many amenities, lots of towels for our big family. Property was in a nice neighborhood, about 20 minutes from the strip. Close to many stores and restaurants (target 1 1/2 miles away). Victor was great and available if I had any questions. Pool was an added bonus, even if we only sat there with our foot in and relaxed
definitely would stay here again. Thanks for a great/memorable time!!!

Nice home, easy stay

This home is really nice! Worked out perfectly for our big group. Check in was really easy, and Victor was very accommodating. Paid extra to heat the pool, and it was definitely worth it. Neighborhood was very nice and house was comfortable.

Family trip

Great house for a family to visit Vegas together ! we were able to do family game nights and Breakfast and brunches together then met up on strip or a restaurant for dinner . Everyone liked it . We didn’t heat up the pool because it was 60 degrees in the day and it was still too cold for us to get into a pool . Overall very roomy home. Nice quiet clean neighborhood. Close to Albertsons grocery store (3 min ) and Walmart 9 min drive . To strip it just depends on what time of day it was . We had a vehicle and did valet at most hotels and they only required a tip . Some of us ubered . Every room had a tv and extra pillow. Ac/ heater worked great! Plenty of towels were provided as well as toilet paper. I would stay again.

Amazing house

Easy and amazing check-in. The house was very clean and nice when we got there. My family and I really enjoyed being in the pool and overall the whole house. Victor was an amazing host always took only a few minutes to respond back if we had any questions.

Beautiful property and excellent host

We were extremely happy with our stay! The pool was beautiful and our grandkids loved playing in it! I loved that it was fenced in so they couldn’t get to the pool without us being there. There was more than enough room for all 12 of us and the kitchen had lots of supplies and seasonings we were able to use. The host, Victor, was great and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would be happy to stay here next time we’re in Vegas!

Nice quiet neighborhood

Prior to booking this property I had a few questions. The owner was prompt on replying. Once in the home we encountered some issues with the internet and a broken sofa bed. They were awesome in fixing both issues. In no time we had internet and we had another sofa bed. Very nice quiet neighborhood and the pool was a big plus. We were traveling with young adults and the pool was a big hit. Thank you for letting us book your home and making us feel at home.

Everything was awesome

My first VRBO experience and it went well. It was a great vibe there. Close but far. Easy to get back and forth from the strip and downtown. I'll definitely rent again and take my children next time. The host Victor was awesome. He made constant contact after booking to ensure all our needs were met while there. I am looking forward to my next trip there.

We arrived Sunday evening, the house was clean and cool we were able to move right in and relax like staying at a friends house after we were there a few days we noticed a few things like maybe some maintenance repair items that could be fixed we love the house and the pool the location was excellent to get to the strip and any other accommodations it’s in a nice area and Victor especially was great to work with the pool table could be leveled but everything was great

Overall, the home has all the basics and is ok if you need a place to crash after you are out exploring LV all day. I have one minor complaint - although I would clean up after myself and the kids anyway, I don’t think we should be required or reminded to do any cleaning, take out trash, etc. when we are paying a cleaning fee. Whether or not housekeeping does certain chores isn’t really the renters’ problem.

Great place for vacation!

This house was wonderful. Great location, near the strip, and fun to just hang out in! After a long day of soccer, on Saturday, we were able to hang out all day in the pool on Sunday, play volleyball and other games. Very relaxing and awesome host. Definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Vegas for a short or long time.
