This was my 2nd stay at this hotel in 2 years and I was so glad to see Tofi managing the front desk again. She's the epitome of one who provides excellent customer service by greeting guests with a friendly hello and ensuring that my requests were accommodated. Having driven from Texas for 17 hours and running into a few obstacles along the way, we missed our 3pm check-in and didn't arrive until approximately 8:30am the next day. When I walked through the hotel entrance with 0 hours of sleep, Tofi was a welcoming sight and she assured me that we were checked in and thoughtfully reminded me that breakfast was still being served and to make sure that I got me something to eat before it shut down. Another example of her outstanding guest relations aptitude is when she realized my hands were full from receiving a Door Dash delivery and she offered to help and also suggested the use of a luggage cart that I totally forgot about. Her professionalism, and genuiness in wanting to make a guest feel comfortable is very apparent and appreciated. She in my opinion is a model employee and deserves to be recognized, especially during a time when receiving just good customer service is almost a lost art where employees appear miserable and despise having to help a customer as if it's an inconvenience when that's what they were hired to do. It's very refreshing to know that there are still people like Tofi who takes pride in her job and is a very positive representative.
