Was great the staff was excellent love the free parking and it is a very big hotel has everything in it. You don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.

Dining experience was less than expected. The restaurant that serves family type meals closed at 3pm during the week and that’s when most people that want a regular meal for dinner would dine it don’t happen so you have to either dine somewhere. It’s more expensive or go out. That’s the main reason I won’t stay there again.

The staff was very nice! The hallway renovations are very nice. The room was clean, but there were no hand towels or wash clothes, no toilet amenities, and someone used the toilet and did not flush it! It was late so we did not report it to the Fri t desk because we did not want to move rooms after we were settled. Housekeeping brought us towels very quickly. The bathroom looks like it was not remodeled. The wood slider door is old and loud. The toilet is very low to the ground. It’s looks very dated. Everything else was great. Very friendly staff everywhere we went in this hotel/casino/restaurants. We ate at Bailawicks both nights and loved it! The Baja tacos were very good and wraps were also very good too.

Upon arrival, staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and everything we expected. The casino has plenty of food options, bars, and entertainment. We look forward to staying here again.

Our stay was less than desirable. The staff at the registration desk was rude (every time we encountered them) The event we came to see was cancelled at the last minute. The signage was no where near efficient. The pool area had been closed for months but that is not published, we would have loved to use the hot tub. Our room was not cleaned even one time in our 3 night stay. The odor was atrocious! I think the worst part for me was the lack of customer service. I don’t plan to ever stay here again and I will recommend to others that I know not to stay here too

Room was clean but it still is dated. That damn bathroom pocket door is a nuisance so hard to open and close without waking the neighbors. The girl at the counter was clueless when asked why my cc was charged a certain amount. Figured it out the next day when I got my receipt printed and I got charged the wrong amount. There was (1) server at the sports bar that eventually told us she's not working our area anymore so we had to get our own drinks which sucked cause of the amount of rodeo and football people so we walked out and got beers in the gift shop. Our room (#416) was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. However, we were unable to lower the temperature so it was uncomfortable. The worse part about this room was the AC/ Heater unit. It was extremely loud when it would turn on and would wake us up. This happened about every 10 minutes, ALL night long. We got no sleep. I was disappointed since the hotel was nice and convenient for our stay.
