Hotel avec balcon très bien situé

Superbe Hôtel!! Très bien situé pour visiter !à 10 minutes de marche du centro avec les attraits touristiques et beaucoup de restaurants et de la belle avenue Liberdade avec ses beaux arbres ! Avec un balcon agréable, le personnel très gentil, chambre très propre ! Et une magnifique piscine privée et animée de musique en fin de journée avec un bar! Très recommandé car nous avons adoré notre séjour !

We loved our stay at Avani! The staff was great especially the breakfast staff at the restaurant in the morning. The restaurant staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Great location, the property itself is nice, the gym and lobby. The rooms are a little run down, peeling paint, and show a lot of wear and tear. Feels a little dingy. The showers are very small like a small closet. I would not choose to stay here again but it is ok.

Great choice, hotel and location, we had an issue checking in, we could not understand why we were kept till 3PM sharp before we were given the room keys, when evidently the rooms were cleaned way earlier. We came back at 2, asked if rooms are ready and we were told to wait, which we did in the hotel lobby ltself in front of the eyes of three staff memebers behind the desk, who were chatting between each other not caring about killing our afternoon [one out of the two afternoons we were in Lisbon for]. I had to go ask again at 3 to find out that the keys were ready for pick up. I also need to note that we arrived at the at 1130AM fully aware that the rooms might not be ready, we checked in, got told to go the swimming pool thinking that the wait would have been less than an hour, i was also asked for my phone number just in case the rooms are ready, abviously we were not called nor got any texts. The rooms were great, very clean amd comfortable, a great choice hotel as long as the check in process is overcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this hotel. The room was spacious and cool with a very comfortable bed. Facilities within the room and bathroom were excellent - coffee maker, minibar, quality toiletries, robe and slippers, etc. We loved the thoughtful arrival gift of Port and Pasteis del Nata. All staff were friendly and attentive including reception, poolside and the room attendants. The location is perfect - easy to walk to major attractions or to catch the Metro. We also found numerous good cafes and restaurants nearby. We hope to return soon. Many thanks.

Great!

Great hotel and the staff in particular were very attentive. Was a bit put off at first by the lack of hotel bar but the shared pool area is excellent - and the food and service excellent there. Great location and lovely big room with balcony and superb AC.

If you plan to stay at this property, I highly recommend requesting a renovated room, those are well-maintained and comfortable. In contrast, the unrenovated rooms, in my opinion, fall below the standard that should be offered to guests. That said, the hotel staff were excellent and they tried to address the issue, and eventually moved us into renovated rooms. It did take a full day to sort out, especially since we had booked two adjoining rooms for our family, but their efforts to resolve the situation were much appreciated. The location is good.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, with a lovely walk down to the water. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around the area. Its very close to the metro and bus links. Word of warning, as the pool is shared with another hotel, you cant charge anything to your room. Its cash or card payment.

The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent.
