"Room is clean, staff is friendly and AC is powerful in this hot summer day. This is in NYC, so it might not be a surprise that the hotel room is very small. It is at an extremely noisy location. It didn't help that my room was at 21st floor. I wish the window is better insulated for sound proof."

"The entire hotel was very clean, everyone was super friendly and the room was a good size for a hotel in Midtown. The only thing I would recommend is getting mini-fridges in all rooms. I asked for one in advance via Expedia, and called the Hotel directly to make sure one would be in my room. It wasn't there when I checked in, but they brought it and hooked it up within two hours of me checking in. Overall, I would stay at the Row NYC again!"
