"We added on the breakfast option and I was very thankful. Breakfast was delicious and it was a pleasure to go down and try something new each day. The staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful. The rooftop bar is pretty awesome. My only complaint is that the rooms are really really small. Otherwise it’s a wonderful resort and I’m very happy with my choice."

"This is a 2-star hotel with 4-star prices. The lobby is beautiful but once you enter the rooms - what a shock! Worn down, neglected, broken televisions, air conditioning & heating from the 70’s, hot water that literally takes 8 minutes (I timed it one morning) to reach the shower (on floor ONE), and once it does - there is no way to control it so you burn your skin off. Amenities? I guess if you consider sheets & towels amenities then they do okay. No coffee service anywhere in the hotel for guests and they actually have PAPER CUPS in the rooms at the prices they charge. I stayed here because of its proximity to Lincoln Center but I learned my lesson. Never again."
