We seek out boutique style hotels when we can. It was a little hard to find as I didn’t really know what the outside looked like. The area around is under a major revamp so not a great area for walking around but we did find a fabulous coffee in the market across the street and a restaurant for dinner as well. There is also more homeless and troubled people that are around this area.

Loved staff

The hotel and staff were lovely. Our room was huge and very clean. There was a band that played a few doors down that played their music beyond loud. So that was annoying after a long day of travel and an early morning start the next day. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay at in London.

Nice Hotel - the bed was very hard - mattress very thin. Towels very small! It was very noisy - we were on street side with garbage truck blaring music before 6 in the morning just outside our window. I would recommend that people stay on the other side of the hotel - Lobby side - I think would be quieter.

Love the key/cardless entry. Room was beautiful. Front entry way was playing music from the artist we were going to see in concert the night we stayed. Front desk staff was very helpful. If you book with expedia you can request a discounted parking rate for the underground parking at the front desk.

I cannot express how GREAT this hotel is. Its clean. Its safe and its literally right near Canada Life Place. The staff was more then kind and friendly. Please do not hesitate to book here. Its literally a hidden gem. Parking is not onsite tho, but literally across the streeet.
