"The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good surprise for us that breakfast was included with our stay. We ate there a couple of mornings and meals were good. Also, included with our stay were light snacks (quesadillas, pizza, paninis, muffins, coffee) and dos x 24 hrs a day. The rooms were a bit small but we didnt spend much time in our rooms other than to rest for short while and sleep. Raul, was really friendly, helpful and informative throughout our 7 day stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was around the corner from all the Dia De Los Muertos festivities. I will definitely be back and a stay at El Zocalo Central."

"Fiesta Americana has several simply outstanding characteristics. The first is location. It is, I would argue, about the best location in the city in terms of access to anywhere. It is right on the Paseo de la Reforma. Some of its best-known landmarks include the Ángel de la Independencia (Angel of Independence), the Diana Cazadora Fountain, and the Monumento a la Revolución nearby. The Soho House is right there. It is simple a perfect location. There is a Starbucks on the mvinfloor, restaurants everywhere. Perfect. Second, the staff and team are exceptional. Friendly and so helpful. Every team member says hello - it is really impressive. Mind you, this is a very Mexican hotel - so a few words in Spanish might be helpful. Lastly, it is an older hotel,. The facilities are a little worn in places. The carpets well used. The rooms are a little old. But the beds are amazing. The sheets amazing. And at the end of the day, a 10/10 bed is a triumphant way to end any day."
