This is 1 star hotel, so what do you expect. I got the things for what I paid for. The location is close to everything since this is few steps away from Gran Via and the City centre. So, if you dont like noisy neighborhood, then this is not the place for you.

La habitación es espaciosa, las toallas no las cambian todos los dias, aunque las dejes en el suelo las vuelven a colgar en el baño, me informaron que las cambian día por medio. En la cocina no disponen de cafetera solo una máquina que vende café y un hervidor de agua pero sin café de cortesía, tampoco hay tazas para preparar café. Si bien hay microondas solo hay platos y cubiertos descartables.

So close to La Gran Via, public transportation, variety of restaurants and shopping. Confortable bedroom. Clean and quiet, I did not experience any noise as I was expecting based on reviews. Friendly staff helped me to arrange transportation to the airport they also maintain my room clean. 👍

If you are looking for night life this is your place. If you are looking for some rest then no. Great staff, very helpful. However there is a night club right below so they are up partying in the street below our balcony until 8:00 am, every night and morning. The street washing crew came through on our last day and they were forced to leave at 8.

Room smelled, pillows were pretty uncomfortable, beds were very uncomfortable. Don't stay here on the weekend If you want to sleep as it's right above a club. That closes at 6 am

A not to repeat experience

Clean bathroom, clean room, nice people at reception. Difficult to sleep at night. Strange individuals shouting on the phone all night long, moving the furniture in the room, parking and unpacking loudly.

It was a small little hostal. The location is great and it is rather small, however, comfortable enough. The front desk lady was extremely kind! Would come back just to say hi to her!

Excellent Hostal!

Location was perfect! Steps away from Gran Via and so many restaurants, bars and stores. Checkin was seamless and as we are Gold members they upgraded us to the little apartment. This was our first time in a hostel so we weren't sure what to expect but for the cost it was a pleasant surprise! Excellent bed, pillows, blankets and we highly recommend if you are looking for a budget hotel close to everything in Madrid!
