This hotel was conveniently located to the Gran Via, and everything we wanted to see in Madrid was a walkable distance. There is 24 hour staffing at the front entrance, which I appreciated, as it helped us feel safe. We also loved the breakfast. There were so many options, and all of them were delicious! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop pool/terrace area. My only complaint is the bathroom. There was very little sink space, so getting ready in the morning took a bit of creativity. The water closet was almost impossible to use, especially for my husband, who is 6'5". Keep that in mind if you are a tall or large person- you might not fit! In addition, the glass door provided little to no privacy. As a very private person, this was uncomfortable for me.

Loud and busy area in the center of all the action. Rooms are small and bathrooms aren’t very private if you’re sharing a room with another person. It’s a good location for your first visit to Madrid and the rooftop bar and pool are great. Free breakfast with Expedia was an excellent bonus.

Excellent stay except for two things. There is absolutely zero privacy in the toilet, it is practically completely open to the bedroom and you aren’t just visible on the toilet but you will also hear absolutely everything that your travel companion is doing in there. Other than that, my only issue was how loud and crazy it is on Gran Via. The location is convenient but it is LOUD and BUSY. Next time I’ll stay in a quieter neighborhood but Gran Via was ok as a first time visitor of Madrid.

Great location for tourist. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Staff is very friendly. The cleanliness was questionable. There was dried blood on our pillow case which was resolved right away. and the carpet has some sort of residue on it.

My room was the Standard View. I would NOT recommend this room or stay here again. My room entrance was attached to another room. It was VERY loud listening the the people in the next room enter and leave all hours of the night and 10 times banging by on my door before Dawn. Luggage banging on my door and talking in our small shared door space. This set up was ridiculous.
