Clunky start to our stay with issues with our first room which had issues with main door and alignment of mini mini fridge and so upgraded to another which later also had issues with heating but problem also resolved on the night. Excellent professional service from Carla and Miguel who sorted out all the issues and were kind to offer us the upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Hotel location is fantastic and rooms are nice and cosy.

Perfect location if you’re looking to be in the center of it all. The rooftop bar is a great place to relax. After a long day of sightseeing. It has great bites as well.. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very young, kind, and genuinely attentive—overall, a wonderful hotel. We stayed in two different rooms, and it was fun that each one had a different design. The location is perfect, and the price was great too. Highly recommended. If you found this helpful, please give it a like or leave a rating—it really motivates me to keep writing reviews! As a base for sightseeing in Madrid, it was super convenient: easy to get to Sol, the Royal Palace, and the Prado Museum. The view from the 10th-floor terrace is also fantastic. When we did an overnight trip to Granada, I asked if they could hold our luggage since we’d be coming back to check in again. They immediately said it was no problem, so we could travel without dragging a suitcase around—such a big help. And when we returned, they even remembered us and brought our bags out right away. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and stay here. I definitely recommend it.

Very convenient location and a nice property. Our room was very nice, but know that there very little separation of the toilet and shower, so if you're traveling with someone else you won't have much privacy.

Great hotel, staff and location! Room is quiet and clean and the bed is fantastic! The air conditioning in the winter months works perfectly. That is a must for us since we need to sleep in cold. Highly recommend hotel. Would like to try the other Roomate Hotel locations.
