Todo muy bien! Tiene una cafetería abajo y el café es excelente. Las habitaciones familiares son amplias para una flia grande.

Heater didn’t work very small room
Posted Dec. 19, 2023 on HotelsThe check in process took forever. The room was very small there was a post in the room which was in the way. There was hardly any room to put our belongings. Very cramped room. The heater did not work the whole time we were there. They tried to fix it and it worked for a few hours and then went out at night we woke up to a cold room. They gave us space heaters for the second night we stayed at least. They should offer a discount for what we paid all they said is that they’ll look into it we’ll see

The location is good and walkable distance to any places. But it wasn't convenient without breakfast and all area dinning places are not open until 9am, which was not convenient for us. The hotel room is clean, but the facility was old. Staff are very friendly, I gave them an excellent rating on staff services!

Quick visit to Madrid

Dirty, uncomfortable, bad service. Would not recommend to anyone.
