"Third time staying at Paramount Times Squares, and if I am ever going back to NYC, I would stay there again. Absolutely perfect. Location is great, staff is nice and helpful, good breakfast, and good amenities. If you are looking for something luxurious, this is not it. If you are looking for something efficient, this is the place. Recommend 10/10."

Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier.
