Important Hunting Considerations:
Licenses and Permits: In addition to a hunting license, you need a specific either-sex deer permit or deer management permit.
Regulations: Always check the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) site for the most up-to-date regulations before you hunt, as rules can change annually.
Equipment: Expandable and mechanical broadheads are legal for use.
Bag Limits: Bag limits vary by county, so be sure to check the specifics for your area.

Important Notes
$1,500 security deposit required (hold placed 2 days prior to arrival)
No unauthorized parties or events; unapproved events incur full event fee
Quiet hours after 10 PM per city ordinance
No smoking indoors – $200/day fine for violations
$150 fee if hot tub requires draining/cleaning due to misuse
Garage doors must remain closed and are not to be opened at any time during your stay.
Please take the trash bags to the dumpster in the front parking lot. A $100 fee will apply if trash is not disposed of properly.
Outdoor security cameras on property for safety

The property was once amazing I’m sure, for what it is unless you’re having a wedding and need the space it’s over priced. Extremely outdated, cheap appliances and zero ice makers etc. we were there for just two days. This place could be amazing but needs some money put into it. Also the cleaning staff will sit out in the driveway and just watch you until you leave, which I thought was weird.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Event Space!

The property is really lovely and there were plenty of options for sleeping for our group of 18. The kitchen was a great place to gather and the outdoor space is quiet and welcoming. The event space allowed plenty of room for our meditation and yoga practices. The property management team was responsive and helpful. The overall experience has made this our groups go to destination!!

Amazing place!

This place was amazing! We had family of 13 traveling from all parts of the country (including Hawaii) and we had more than enough room plus some. The property is super private and the kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and the late night fire pit, not to mention the movie theatre. My kids were born in Hawaii and have not had the opportunity to experience anything like this before. It was especially cool for me because Medina is the place where I grew up. Anytime we go back this will absolutely be the first place we try to book. Outstanding from top to bottom and Austin was prompt with his communication. They even let us extend our stay one extra night on short notice because our flights were canceled. I would leave 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you for a wonderful couple of days Austin! We will always remember this trip and this house.

Awesome Place!

We rented this for our family & extended family to stay for a near by funeral. It was a perfect location 2min outside of Brunswick, secluded, beautiful property, and beautiful home! The beds were all incredibly comfortable, and the house & property were perfect for large families to gather for any event. The new owner was incredibly accommodating, very quick to communicate any needs or questions that arose. The upgrades being made to the house and property shows that they really care about making this a top notch place for any event or place for large family to stay! 10/10 would recommend

Amazing stay at the Medina Mansion!

I had an amazing stay at the Medina mansion!Right from the start, I felt incredibly welcomed. Getting inside was a breeze - the host sent over some super clear instructions that made the whole process smooth. What really stood out to me was the flexibility with check-in times. It was so accommodating, and I was super grateful for the offer of a late check-out that fit perfectly with my plans.Finding the place was no trouble at all, all thanks to the spot-on directions given. The cleanliness and upkeep of the house were top-notch, making my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. All in all, I'd give my experience a solid 10/10 and would absolutely recommend this Vrbo to anyone in search of a great spot to crash. A huge shoutout to the host for their incredible hospitality and for paying attention to the little things. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back here next time I'm in town!
