Charged for someone else breakfast.

When I checked out I saw I was billed for something from their refuel area. I contacted them and told them I never got anything from the refuel area. They told me I did. I only had one person stayed with me and they never got anything from that area. I’m telling them it wasn’t me and it seems like they are not going to refund me. So it seems anyone can go to the counter and tell them a hotel room number and you’ll be charged for something you did not do. I’m highly disappointed in what happened and probably won’t stay there again. Be careful and ask the desk during your staff if anything was charged to your room without your knowledge because they will not look into it after you leave. They will just tell you it was you and nothing will come of it

The room was clean, modern, and large, with a very comfortable bed. They have Starbucks right next door, as well as Chipotle and Pollo Tropical, so it's easy to access the basics of what you need. I especially liked the carts they have to lug your luggage around, and all the cool art on the walls and hip decor. They also offer free Uber for you to the airport, and the staff were nice and accommodating. I arrived at 1 am, and it was easy breezy and fast check-in.
