Constantly had to ask for adequate towels - For some reason even though both my husband and I were there, they kept forgetting to give us two facial (bath) cloths. Breakfast persons seemed rushed and there was no variety with the offers - we were there for 6 days and it was the same thing every time. We had to report a theft on the property to the local police and the manager on duty delayed access to security footage for nearly two days. This caused us to wait much longer than we needed to the get the guy caught who stole our items! The front staff kept telling us, the MOD would be there this time and the next - its like the person only showed up once in 2 days and no one else was authorized to give the local police the footage. It was frustrating to say the least, there was zero urgency. I would not recommend this hotel or ever visit again.

The first room that I got did not have a working blind. The second room I got, the AC barely worked. Only one of the vents was expelling cold air. The coils must have been frozen and melting because the area around the unit was soken wet. We have stayed at many best westerns before. This is our last one. The quality has deteriorated dramatically. The furniture in the general areas was old and worn. The room had lots of patching on the walls and bathroom. Very disappointing stay.
